Your sideboard was purchased on a preorder, and the estimated lead time was shown on the product page under the Delivery tab at the time of purchase. We also sent an order update by email during the waiting period to keep you informed, although we did not receive a response.

Once the sideboard arrived at our warehouse, it was dispatched on schedule. You then received delivery notifications by both email and text message from our delivery partner, allowing you to choose a delivery date that was most convenient for you.

We appreciate your comments regarding communication and will continue working to make our updates even clearer for customers purchasing preorder items.

Timeless and beautiful leather bench

Really impressed with the quality of the leather cantilever bench , it’s perfect and was worth the 6 weeks wait. It’s surprisingly comfortable to sit on. Excellent delivery service as well.

Exceptional bar stools

Bought two leather breakfast bar stools recently. They look amazing. Classy & very comfortable. Easy ordering, rapid customer service response when I emailed regarding status of order (no lengthy wait). Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic furniture

I purchased the black scorpion tv unit and I’m so happy with it. It’s a good solid piece of furniture and that feels like a piece of art. Craftsmanship look great, the only thing I would have preferred is the inside of the doors and drawer front to also be stained black as you can see a rim of the wood colour but it not a big deal to me. The service has been great, I was kept up to date with delivery which was 10 days and the delivery drivers were fantastic. I was surprised it came as one piece as I thought it would be flat pack.

Very poor customer service

Very excited about the purchase of our sideboard, paid for it to be unpacked and placed in a room of our choice, however, this was not the case and twice the delivery people refused to. Room if choice is next to the front door on the ground floor. Contacted Artico who sent an email with a link for it to be collected. So 3 days with a huge (and unpleasant smelling) box obstructing our hall. Poor customer service and service in general.

The delivery team was instructed to provide the unpacking and room-of-choice service that was purchased, so we are disappointed to learn that this was not carried out as expected. We are currently investigating the matter with the courier to understand why the service was not completed.

We also apologise for the inconvenience caused by the packaging remaining in your hallway while collection was arranged. Although we use specialist third-party delivery partners for some deliveries, we appreciate that the responsibility ultimately lies with us to ensure the service you paid for is delivered correctly.
