Disappointing in all honesty
Disappointing in all honesty. Wood colour is far red and mahogany like than images on site and adverts which wasn’t what I expected at all. Also one of the joints is already split apart. Have emailed to send back but no response so far 1 week later

Dear S,
We’re sorry to hear that you’re disappointed with your purchase.
We have checked our records and, unfortunately, we have not received any email regarding a return request. The last email we have from you was on 30 May regarding a delivery update, which we replied to the same day.
If you would like to return the item, you are welcome to do so under our 30-day returns policy, provided it is returned in its original condition and with the original packaging. Please simply contact us at info@articointeriors.com, and our customer service team will arrange the return for you.
Regarding the wood colour, as each piece is handcrafted from solid natural wood, there can be variations in tone and grain, making every item unique. If there is a manufacturing issue, such as the joint you mentioned, we would also be happy to inspect this and find an appropriate solution.
We look forward to hearing from you so we can resolve this as quickly as possible.
Kind regards,
Artico Interiors
4 months and still no delivery
Ordered a set of furniture in April 2026 and only received half the order. We have had to contact customer services multiple times to be told the rest of our order is still in transit. It’s now late July!
Update!!!!
After leaving my review on trust pilot the company have cancelled my order without asking first, as the response to my review below would suggest. Rather than discussing with me my problems with the service I’ve received they have had a tantrum and cancelled the order.

Hi Jordan,
We are very sorry that your experience has not met your expectations.
When your order was placed, the TV unit was available, while the matching coffee table was a pre-order item with an estimated lead time. This was not ordered as a set. We contacted you to explain the different lead times and offered to hold the order or deliver the TV unit separately. You chose to receive the TV unit first, which we arranged.
Unfortunately, the coffee table has experienced further unexpected production and shipping delays beyond the original estimate. We completely understand how frustrating this is and sincerely apologise.
To resolve the matter as quickly as possible, we have contacted you directly and are happy to offer a full refund for the outstanding coffee table if you no longer wish to wait.
We appreciate your patience and apologise again for the inconvenience caused.

Easy purchase & beautiful product
This was an incredibly easy purchase from start to finish. The product more than lived up to the website, its beautiful and very well made. The delivery was efficient once finally organised & the packaging was easy to remove but very protective. I'd definitely order again & recommend.

Great products - Poor delivery
Great products, real issues with delivery times which kept getting delayed (by months).
I appreciate keeping stock isn't always practicable but having customers at the mercy of shipping from around the world after they have ordered isn't really viable either.

Hi Kate,
We’re genuinely sorry that your experience didn’t meet your expectations.
Your bar stools were unfortunately delayed due to international shipping issues, and as soon as we became aware of the revised arrival date we informed you and provided a £20 goodwill refund, which was accepted.
We also understand your frustration with the delivery. The parcel being left outside and marked as delivered was not the standard we expect from our courier. We immediately raised this with DPD, investigated the matter and also contacted you personally to try to resolve it.
We appreciate your feedback and are sorry that, despite our efforts to keep you updated and assist throughout, we were unable to provide the experience you expected. We wish you all the best and thank you for your business.

I can’t believe the positive reviews
I can’t believe the positive reviews on this Company as I ordered a leather footstool on the 10th of February and it’s now the 20th of July and despite constant chasing it still hasn’t arrived.
Absolutely hopeless and best avoided.

Hi Steve,
We’re very sorry that your order has taken considerably longer than expected to arrive. Unfortunately, the delay was caused by an issue with our factory shipment, which was outside of our control.
When we became aware of the extended delay, we offered you the option of cancelling your order for a full refund, but you chose to continue waiting, for which we are very grateful.
As confirmed today, your footstool is due to arrive at our warehouse this Friday and will be dispatched immediately afterwards with DPD. You will receive your tracking details as soon as it has been shipped.
We sincerely apologise for the delay and appreciate your patience. We hope you’ll be delighted with the quality of your footstool once it arrives.
