This company is a scam you receive nothing even resemblance the article you order. Avoid at all costs !

I ordered some nice looking genuine leather boots… received was 100 % genuine plastic winkle pickers, worth no more than £5.. I didn’t think you were allowed to advertise and provide goods that didn’t match the description, wasting everyone’s time and money

their website only went live 2 months ago. My boots look nothing like the pair in the photo. The photos are fake, the boots are of poor quality. This is a brand-new retailer trying to look like and old high quality retailor when they’re not. Avoid.

Ordered boots which came after Christmas, I wanted them before!
The boots don't look like the photos on the website at all... well maybe they do; they are the same colour, sort of!
Reading above, appears not worth trying to send them back so I'll keep them.
There's a really cheap sticker on the tongue which with thicker laces will probably cover. The laces on the boots are very thin and flimsy and look very cheap!
90% disappointed with them!

Avoid at all cost . Product nothing like picture and returns policy is ridiculous quoting around £20 to Asia. They offer 10% back and keep the product which isn’t even worth 10% of the original cost. Wish I had read reviews before purchasing from them.

Poor quality sweater. Very different from photo.
I wanted my money back, but was informed I would have to pay postage to Asia.
What a con.

Only rated as one star as I couldn't go lower.
Nothing like it appeared on the site and a very restrictive returns/refunds policy.
Avoid like the plague

'Arthur & blanche' are the same business as 'Navy London' Same as a 'FYTS closing sale'. Very sharp web sites and similar if not same products. Do not be fooled or attempt to buy. Read reviews
