TRASH!!! DON'T purchase from this company

NOT even 1-star. DON'T Purchase from this company. They say in the refund policy that you can get a refund. They offered me a $20 refund! Mind you I paid over $200 for 2 pair of shoes. I purchased shoes from this company and they were absolute trash. The smell is awful. The shoes were poorly made. You could see the glue, the heels were separated and misaligned. I can't believe they would send anyone this crap!!!

Bad experience, sadly

Awful experience.
The shoes were fine, but due to wrong size I needed to exchange. However, no carrier was able to send it their address, and the seller was no help. I am now down two pairs of shoes, and no way to return them. Will not be shopping here again, sadly.

Paid in April, Still Waiting in June – Unacceptable Service!

I had one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve ever had. I purchased a pair of shoes in early April, and after more than 30 emails and a whole month just waiting for the replacement to be shipped, I no longer want the item. It’s been over three months of frustration just trying to receive a simple order. At this point, I’ve asked for a refund — the shoes haven’t even been shipped again yet, so I don’t see why this can’t be resolved quickly.

I returned the original pair on May 13th, and since then, I’ve received no clear update. It’s now late June, and I still haven’t been refunded or received a new pair. I’ve tried to be patient, but this situation has gone far beyond any reasonable delay. It’s unacceptable to keep a customer waiting for so long with no proper resolution.

What’s even more frustrating is the complete lack of communication. Since May 27th, the status of my order hasn’t changed at all, and no one has reached out to explain what’s happening. It feels like the company simply doesn’t care whether I receive the product I paid for or not. That’s a terrible way to treat loyal customers.

I’m writing this here to warn others: if you value your time, your money, and basic customer service, be extremely cautious. Three months of waiting, dozens of emails, and still no resolution — this is beyond disappointing. I expected much more from a professional company, and I sincerely hope no one else has to go through the same experience

Returns are impossible

Quality could be marginally better, but they are very stylish. Customer service is there but is being used to waste time on the ticking return window clock. I tried to initiate a return by stating in three different emails I would I would like to return. The website says to contact customer service via email for returns. I was out of town when the shoes came so that was already a week off the 30 day return window. Then I am going back and forth through multiple emails for another week and a half so far where I consistently express I would like to initiate a return and the representative goes on about sizing and exchanges. I got four pairs and found the sizing way off on one pair for me. I have high arches and shoes cannot always accommodate this. I was satisfied enough and did not want to exchange and just wanted to return and refund which I made very clear. Customer service will not provide the information to me. So basically shoes are pretty nice and packaged with care but purchase knowing that returns will not be honored even though it says they will on the website with a 30 day return window and coordination with customer service.

In my tabi era

Okay, I finally did it—I got myself the heeled tabi sandals I’ve been dreaming about forever, and OMG I’m in love 🖤

At first I was a little unsure (online shopping anxiety is real, especially with shoes), but once I started reading about Arno Conti and their whole story, I knew I had to give them a shot.

Shipping took about 14 business days to get to me in the U.S., which honestly felt like forever because I was so excited—but totally worth the wait.

And wow. The leather? Chef’s kiss. So soft, so luxe, and they feel like they were made for my feet. I was actually worried about the material before ordering, but the quality totally blew me away. I’m now seriously thinking of getting their leather tabi loafers for my boyfriend—because if I get to feel this good, he should too 😌

Comfort-wise? These are the most comfortable heels I’ve ever worn. I wore them for ten hours straight at work today and my feet aren’t even mad at me. Like… what kind of sorcery??

The design is everything: edgy, sexy, and still so chic. Total statement piece. Every time I look down, I smile. And yes, I’ve already gotten so many compliments.

If you’re on the fence—just do it. You deserve them.

Fake materials

I recently purchased a pair of shoes from your brand, which were advertised as being made of "full suede." However, upon inspection, I had serious doubts about the authenticity of the material. To be certain, I consulted a professional shoemaker, who confirmed that the material is synthetic and not genuine suede or leather.

This is particularly disappointing given the price range, which is quite high for footwear made with synthetic materials. I believe that at this price point, customers have the right to expect authentic, high-quality materials—as described in the product listing.

I have also noticed in other customer reviews that your company often defends the quality of your materials. Given my experience, I would like to request a certificate of origin or material authenticity for the product in question. I hope you can clarify this matter or offer a suitable resolution.

Differences to photos and described quality

The shoes I received are unfortunately significantly different to the boots I ordered. Not only do the shoes look different (colours: stitching, lining, outer sole) also the material described on the website wasn't used for the parts. Instead of calf leather, I'm relatively certain it's fake PU leather, also the inner lining and shoe sole are completely made of plastic not leather as in the description. Further, instead of high quality stitching, most parts are badly glued. What's also different to the photos and description is the material of the heel. The fabric used for the inner lining, despite being different to the description, isn't of good quality either. Hence, the price I paid doesn't reflect the quality of the used materials.

All in all, the shoe is made of incredibly cheap material. For the price I paid, it's possible to make a shoe of better quality.

I just contacted to customer support – let's see how they react. I'll post an update.
