@aria.moda this is a big lie. 4 months ago I ordered a coat. arrived after 2 months. I ve return it back. the coat is back to them,my money are also in their pockets 660usd, they don't even answer of any of my emails. Whats happening?

Absolutely horrendous experience. I ordered a coat for my wife for Christmas. I was skeptical of the sizing so I confirmed with the seller several times that the coat was able to be returned if sizing was not proper. Upon receiving the coat it looks absolutely nothing like it does on the website. You are essentially ordering a subpar quality product from a Chinese company that gives the appearance that it is North American. The coat came nowhere near close to fitting. I paid $175.00 to have the coat shipped back only for it to be held at customs as Chinese customs will not accept fur products to be returned. Not only am I out the $800 for the jacket I am also out the shipping. I advised the seller several times that the coat is at customs inquiring if they can make attemps to have it released. Why would they want their $50.00 jacket back when they can keep my $800.00?? I came to terms with the fact that I have lost my money, but I have made it my life's effort to hopefully prevent someone else from making the same mistake!! Any reviews that you read on here stating that this company is anything above a one-star is clearly somebody overseas writing a review to boost the ranking. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! If anyone has any further questions please feel free to contact me I will be happy to answer them.

If I could give this company a zero star I would- returned my jacked to them on the second of January this year I have yet to receive a refund or a exchange. I have proof of return postage.

What they fail to tell you here is that they are only a second supplier and just buy the costs from China when we press an order. The jackets are not well made or fitted and the colors are off.

This company seems to be a teenage girl working out of her bedroom. When I asked about a return they told me to go to the post office and say that the item was worth £20 as it was going back to China. If the jackets gets lost you can only claim that amount but yet we pay £590 or over for a cost here!!! To say this is awful customer service is a joke. It’s awful - stay away!!!

Quality for the price is absolutely terrible and when the person returned the money it wasn’t the full price I payed.i wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy from this seller .

Don’t order from here! If I could give 0 stars, I would. Aria Moda advertised a delivery of 5-7 days and my order took 3 weeks. The Reagan $600 fur coat was delivered in a PLASTIC BAG with a cheap polyester lining. This fur is made and shipped from CHINA! Highly disappointed.

Fake names on the website. Don’t buy. Furs is from china and they totally lie that ”Tina mae” and her husband make the products themself, horrible bad People.

I have returned my fur jacket 7 November I am still waiting for an exchange have emailed tracking RN475584964GB Royal Mail have said it has been received in China and signed for your ref urdpl how much longer do I have to wait as I knew I would never get my money back is why I said I would accept an exchange harmony or Reagan in black size medium does anyone have anything positive as I’m really worried now

Do not recommend. Seems like a scam. Looking through the website you can get impression of Italian fashion company but it is actually coming from China. My product looked totally different from the glamorous IG and website photos and came with strong chemical odor, which I doubt is coming from healthy substances. When I tried to contact them for return and refund as described on website they ignored and blocked me.

The articles come from China, on Instagram thier location is Serbia (which is not correct, their site is from US). You can find the same articles on the Tongxiang clothing factory on Alibaba and they cost 50% less. If you want a refund you wil have to pay shipping to said factory in China yourself. I bought a coat from them and they said i will recieve a number to track my order but that didn't happen. The coat came poorly wraped in plastic bag smelling like glue, fur flying all over the place.

THIS IS FRAUD BRAND. Goods arrive from China, smell on glue and coat hair fall off. I’m so disappointed. You can find same goods on Alibaba web site from the same manufacturer just 70% cheeper price. Fake fur and very cheep quality.

ATTENTION!!!! The articles come from China and if you have any problems with, you must return it to China. These costs explain no one before. At the FAQ they say, let us know first and than you get an information. if I had known this before my order, I wouldn´t had order anything there. I´m angry about this method...
