Superblij met mijn aankoop en de service van Archives de Luxe en Jennifer!
Een paar weken geleden deed ik mijn eerste aankoop via de webshop, een vintage Gucci horloge. De verzending had iets vertraging opgelopen, maar ik werd hier goed over op de hoogte gehouden.
Ondanks dat ik mijn pols had opgemeten, bleek het horloge toch niet lekker te passen. Na een appje naar Jennifer te hebben gestuurd kreeg ik al snel reactie en bood ze aan om een extra schakel op te sturen, om het horloge wél passend te maken. Twee dagen later lag de schakel op de deurmat!
Ik ben ontzettend blij met mijn aankoop, de service en het contact met Jennifer! Dankjewel :).

I bought a piece of history in pristine condition
It was an experience beyond my wildest dreams. The delivery was fast, the packaging was very well done to protect my watch and the unboxing experience was delightful. I got a hand-written note from Jennifer that I will cherish forever. The watch is in excellent condition for a 31-year old product. I feel as I am wearing a piece of history. Thank you for everything!

I had the absolute best experience shopping at Archives de Luxe! I purchased a designer watch, and the service was truly exceptional. Jennifer, the owner, was simply amazing – incredibly kind, helpful, and super quick to respond to my questions. She made the entire buying process so smooth and enjoyable, which really makes a difference when investing in a luxury watch.
The shipping was also top-notch – my watch was sent quickly and packed very securely, ensuring it was well-protected during transit. This gave me extra peace of mind throughout the purchase.
When I received the watch, it didn’t quite fit, but when I asked Jennifer if she had extra links, she quickly arranged for me to purchase them. That level of flexibility and customer service is truly rare!
