Used for 6 weeks as per protocol and no noticeable difference

So far it is working great. Easy to use & easy to sleep with. I think it is helping but haven’t given it enough time yet. When I borrowed the first one I did think some of my scars must be healing as they were getting itchy. I will be better able to give an opinion in another 6 months or so.

I bought an arc 4 health having used a friends machine on my horse, it was so successful on him that I thought I better get one for myself! My neck was painful and very stiff and after just a short time it was improved and now after the 6 weeks doesn't really both me at all. I'm thrilled and will keep up with the maintenance. I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis in my hip - I am only in my 50s. I was recommended this by a trusted medical professional and decided to include it in my regime for helping with pain prior to being given a date for surgery. I was also seeing a sports massage therapist who did a combination of physio and soft tissue work on my leg. I was also seeing a personal trainer to help me keep mobile and as fit a possible. Ian at ARC was really helpful in guiding me on how to make use of the Arc. I was diligent using it for several hours every day prior to my operation. I am certain that all that I did to keep myself as strong and mobile as possible helped my recovery. I have also had unexpected eye surgery for a torn retina. Post both operations I am back using the Arc to help with muscle repair. My husband is also using it post strenuous training for cycling to help with muscle recovery and repair. Ian is very helpful guiding us on which programmes to use. I cannot give factual evidence as to what part the ARC has specifically played in my recovery but instinctively I know it has played a really important part. I think one of the key things is being diligent in using it and giving it time to do its thing.

Sadly this hasn't made any difference at all to my arthritis. I had a thumb operation in October 2018 and hoped the Arc would help with the recovery and lessen the pain. I have worn it for 6 hours every day - 3 on pain relief and 3 on repair, first on acute and now on chronic. I have not experienced any benefit at all. Seems a good product and I know others who swear by it so I was hopeful it might help. Disappointing.

I have been using it for 7 weeks. The first week I got it I found the instructions confusing but a friend who recommended it to me helped me and I have been wearing it 9-12 hours a day. It’s very easy to wear as you don’t really feel it until the pads become a little tight after 9 hours or so. I had a knee replacement in Dec. /2017. I had scar tissue build up immediately after and could not get extension or flexion even after spending time in a rehab hospital. Had to have a revision in Oct/2018 and spent 6 weeks in hospital again. Terrible pain but my rom was better but not great. My friend recommend the arc and now my extension has improved enough that I don’t have to use a cane. I no longer have the terrible pain and my flexion is coming. I am very impressed with this device and have recommended it already to a few friends that noticed how well I had improved. Hoping I continue to break down the scar tissue to get better flexion so will continue wearing it. I also suffer from dupuytrens in my hands and feet so am hoping it will help with that.

The team at Arc are fabulous I have dealt with them for my horses unit and my human unit. Super helpful, very knowledgeable and no question is too much.
Both units are helping with arthritis symptoms.

Product is well designed and very easy to wear with clear instructions on how to use. I bought it for my husband's sciatica and herniated disc which has more or less crippled him in recent years. Unfortunately the device has made no difference at all to his pain levels which I am gutted about. It's good to see that it clearly works for some though.

We were recommended this product. Never heard of it before.
My wife has some issues with her shoulder, and i just said, "why not let us give it a try". We did not expect anything until after 6-8 weeks of use, but after 14 days, she said; " it feels like im walking on air now, i might even want to wear high-heel shoes again, wich she has not done for years. She was so focused on repairing har shoulder, that the feet issue was a big bonus, and a complete surprise :-)
Now the sceptical husband has started to use it, lets see what happens!

I have osteoarthritis in my ankle and my big toe after an accident 20 years ago.
I've tried everything to ease my pain but nothing works apart from opiates which I try not to use because of the side effects and the fact that I'm only 46.
I hoped the arc for health would give me some pain relief 😌 but unfortunately I've not noticed any difference. When your desperate you will try anything though and it doesn't do any damage unlike opiates. On the plus side I found the company very good

I have suffered with lower back pain for nearly 20 years and sciatic pain for the last 12 years. No amount of chiropractor/osteopath/acupuncture has helped. After a very severe attack of sciatica, I purchased an Arc4Health having been recommended by my wife who uses the ArcEquine on her horses religiously.
I’m now on week 5 of the initial 6 week programme and my pain levels are minimal.
The tangible proof came for me when I stood out in the cold for 18 hours recently (for work). Ordinarily, I’d be in agony by the end of that and it would take me days to recover properly. However, I had no back pain, just aching feet! The following day, I was pain free again and there wasn’t an ibuprofen in sight.
Really impressed with the Arc4Health and my mother who is a long time sufferer with fibromyalgia has just got hers and seeing benefits already.

I suppose you buy devices like this which are expensive and have little basis in science because you are desperate. I was desperate.
I have worn it now for ten weeks and am currently in a worse state than when I started. I have what is described as Fibromyalgia, had back surgery a year ago and have osteoarthritis in my hands and feet.
It only gets three stars as the help team are very committed. The device is not just a bells and whistles to facilitate a placebo effect, (although I would have been delighted to get one!) but actually does have a measurable output. This is described in the patent which you can look up and the output matches that description for the various modes.
The sticky pads don't work very well and in fact they now suggest you use the carbon insets instead.
After ten weeks of at least 6-9 hours a day its getting pretty worn so don't hold your breath for its longevity. The pads pop off with great ease and the lead connection to the device regularly falls out.
The armband is ok but because it has electrical components it can't be washed. So the best that be done is to wipe it clean.
At £300.00 its hardly cheap and it was irritating that just after I bought it Arc reduced the price by £50.00 for the black Friday nonsense. If you're thinking of buying one, (and it seems to work for some folk, ) it might be worth hanging for a sale price. Or mine which will be on ebay by and by! Caveat emptor.

Total waste of money.
I used it religiously for 8 weeks but have seen no benefit whatsoever.
I also showed it to a health professional and he said it is a load of rubbish and is really just a panathea with very dodgy medical proof behind it.

I had one knee replacement 2 years ago, although both knees were in the same arthritic condition. Deciding whether or not to have another replacement as pain was getting worse after walking or exercise or gardening. A friend recommended the Arc and have been using it for 8 weeks. After 3 weeks knee pain reduced by 50% and I no longer have to use cool pacs to reduce inflammation or pain. Remarkable and extraordinary. An amazing device.

Thie worl’s best kept medical secret. We’ve used this product for several years with amazing results. Why mainstream medicine isn’t using it everywhere I’ll never understand.

The only reason you have a star is because I can't give you the review you deserve without giving you a totally unwarranted star. I purchased both the arc4health and the arc equine product. NEITHER WORK PROPERLY.

The delivery system of carbon pads covered with clear cold goop doesn't work. The strap does not fit on my horse's leg and the moment he moves the lights turn from green to red and the unit shuts off. It is not particularly robust.

The electrode pad delivery system works but the pads cost a mint especially compared to the cost of tenz system pads and are not available from any third party sellers which would reduce the cost. And if you wish to purchase them from the website, it doesn't work. My experience with the arc4health website is that the pads are available at a premium cost and the moment you try to buy them, you start to have problems. The cart takes you to the arc equine site where the product is unavailable, and you are forced to accept cookies. They have the nastiest statement about privacy and accepting cookies that I have ever seen.

I recommend that you take the advice they give you about cookies. Don't accept them and browse elsewhere.

I have had serious back pain for more than a year and my arthritic hip has been a problem for more than five years. After eight weeks I have noticed that I hardly feel pain in my hip any more. We went off on holiday to Izola in Slovenia and did a 12 km hike over to Piran and - lo and behold - I managed without any problems. Back pain seems to be be more tricky. I would reckon the reduction in pain around 70%, which is a huge improvement. Sitting for long stretches in my office chair is no longer as serious as it was. Overall, great device. But one needs patience to see the effects. I will be continuing the regime in the hope that eventually the back pain will disappear completely. I am looking forward to doing more exercise in the future, which in combination with the device will surely help.

Both myself and my better half have used the Arc for the past 8 week's and have followed the instructions to the letter.We both suffer from back problems and arthritis in various places.Unfortunately neither of us can say we have noticed any change/improvement in our conditions.I feel it would have been better keeping the 250 pounds in my pocket.

Best thing I have ever bought. After giving having knee pain for years, I had to give up golf (2 years ago), my wife suggested I look at Arc4Health (she had seen an article about it). After only a couple of days I could not believe I was no longer in pain, my knee felt like it was when I was 20. Although my golf has not improved, Im just glad to be playing again

I have now recommended it to friends and family who suffer with back pain, arthritis, fibromyalgia and migraines. I am sure the list will keep growing, I am even thinking of buying these as Christmas Presents, what better gift could I buy them?

I was quite surprised that after just 4 days use, the pain in my extremely arthritic knees was greatly reduced. Working through the 6 weeks program other areas began to improve also, though my knees were not quite so pain free on programs 3 and 4.
