This has been a game changer for my…

This has been a game changer for my training. More energy and a noticeable difference in recovery time. I don’t get as many minor injuries anymore as the device is working on tissue repair all the time. I get frequent niggles because often I don’t know I’m carrying a small injury, so I guess this is fixing things before they become worse or made bigger through training. Wouldn’t be without it now because I can actually feel the difference.

Arc4health doesn’t work 👎🏻

I purchased the Arc4health after seeing friends recommend the Arc Equine. I’ve got Elhers Danlos Syndrome, I’ve had 2 spinal surgeries, a serious ankle injury & chronic fatigue amongst other things. I wasn’t expecting a miracle but was hoping to see a decent improvement. I’ve used it religiously for 3 months & noticed no difference at all. I even purchased a 2nd device for a friend who had had surgery on their wrist following a broken wrist. They also have osteoporosis & spinal problems & they’ve seen no change either. The pads don’t last long before they lose their stickiness & need replacing so I’ve been using the rubber one with the gel.

In honesty it’s a waste of £500+ for me.

Everybody is different and we all react in different ways and in different times.
There is an initial 6-week protocol that we advise everyone to go through and then the treatment can be tailored to what may work best for you.
You can use the device every day, for as long as you like, and some injuries may need longer for the treatment to help.
As you know, EDS is not curable, and we wish you best with your ongoing treatment for it.
The Arc4Health has gone through the regulatory process to be a Class IIa medical device for pain, inflammation and tissue repair. The main symptoms for EDS appear to be hyper mobility, stretchy skin, weak and fragile skin.
The Arc4Health could help with inflammation and tissue repair symptoms but has not been regulated for hypermobility or stretchy skin. If your skin is breaking, then the microcurrent technology could potentially help with the tissue repair required for healing. The Arc4Health is drug free and non-invasive and it is boosting the body’s own natural healing process.
If you can, we would advise to stick with it as it could potentially be helping your body in other areas, such as internal micro-tears in your muscles for example, and you may just take longer to see the benefits on a more “external” scale.

We supply all of our kits with some Sticky Pads and Carbon Rubber pads, both of which can also be ordered from our online shop if you need replacements.
They both do the same thing, but some people prefer one over the other. As you say, the Sticky Pads will lose their stickiness over time, but the carbon pads last much longer. It’s really down to personal preference.

Unexpected good results

So far, the arc has not made a big difference to the arthritis in my feet, which is what I bought it for.
However, I had trigger finger surgery last year which left me with a finger I could neither straighten nor bend properly and was also quite painful even after six months. Since using the arc, my finger is nearly back to normal and does not hurt at all any more.
I also have a nasty scar on my leg from a fall and have recently noticed that it is nothing like as visible as before and much smoother.
I am still using the arc religiously every day in the hope that my arthritis will improve eventually, I have read that it can take a while.
Overall, I think it works - better on some problems than others - and is well worth the money.

Arc4Health and ArcEquine

Originally bought for a horse and her recovery was remarkable. Vet could find no scars from a tear on ligament. Tried on myself and have now bought 5 Arc4Health for other people who are all thrilled with the results.

the Arc4health for joint…waste of a lot of money

Tried the Arc4health for joint complaints and used it everyday following the instructions by the letter, no help whatsoever with any of my problem areas. Seems an awful lot of money to recycle this, my husband had the same results Zero! back to my tens machine.

Total hip replacement recovery

I initially bought my arc4health unit to aid recovery from a hip arthroscopy 18mths ago. It helped but the damage to my hip was too bad and about 7wks ago had right total hip replacement. Since getting home from hospital I have used my arc4health every day to assist with pain relief and tissue repair. Doing this I managed to stop taking high strength pain meds quite quickly and also felt great at 6wks PO, so much so I returned to work. I find setting 3, acute tissue repair, works great for me. I have always been active and find wearing the arc during activity really helps. I am now nearly 8wks PO and continuing to use my arc to help my recovery further, with muscle repair and strength building. My target now is not just to enjoy a pain free life, but to get back to riding my horse and competing British Dressage. Without my arc, I am not sure I would be feeling as good as I do now. Might even think about an arcequine for my 4 legged athlete. #smallwonder #bigimpact

Great results for depression

My daughter suffers from depression and neither therapy nor medication was doing much for her. I am a Mental Health Nursing student and read some research suggesting there is a link between brain inflammation and depression.
She has been wearing the Arch4Health for 5 weeks now. She noticed an improvement on her mood after 10 days, which has continued progressing and also helped her with migraines. I am impressed and couldn't be happier with the results.

Only been using this 2 days - but wow!

I have only been using this 2 days - but wow! I have chronic back pain and have been unable to continue at the gym and with my physio during lockdown. The pain has been steadily been getting worse, and medication has increased. After a riding holiday, I was pretty broken and saw the offer for half price on the ArcHealth and just did it after knowing people who had used the ArcEquine with success. It does not feel like anything is happening - but I wore it last night in bed, and could get out of bed the next morning without feeling like a 90 year old! I was in pain this afternoon and after using it I feel loads better. It's weird as it creates no sensation on the point of application, but it seems to be working amazingly! Only 2 days in to the 4 week cycle and already 100% convinced. Now to try it with my horses!

Pain free after 10 years.

I have had osteo arthritis in my hands for over ten years & haven't been pain free. Since using Arc4Health I am now pain free & have resumed my hobby of embroidery.

The Arc4health is doing an amazing job I feel much better health wise aches and pains are almost gone, I get a much better sleep and I have had 2 scares for about 50 years one has completely gone the larger scar is about 90% gone. Amazing

I started using this device a couple of weeks before surgery and have continued to use it in my recovery post-surgery. It has made a huge difference with pain relief and inflammation. It’s such a simple device to use but the customer service offered throughout has been great too. Would definitely recommend!

Great devise!

I have been using the Arc for about 8 months now. The unit is easy to use and incredibly affective with pain relief. It is also comfortable to wear if you choose to sleep with it. The customer service you receive the whole way through is great. They are there for any questions you have from purchase to aftercare. Would definitely recommend.

Good for pain relief

I have been very impressed by Arc4Health and the aftercare and help provided. I bought a unit to help with rehab after a serious operation on my knee and it has helped with pain relief and seems to have speeded up the healing process.

I look after my daughters horses while…

I look after my daughters horses while she is away at Uni, she has 2 big ones and 2 little mini Shetlands, mucking out has over the years caused me a great deal of discomfort in my elbow joint. Back in Nov last year it was so bad that i was struggling to lift the shaving fork. we have an arcequine and know how well that has worked so i decided to treat myself to one. Within a couple of weeks i found that i was able to muck out and hardly notice any discomfort. At the same time i was having a problem with my knee and can say that is also much better now. i did have a problem with the arm bad as it seemed that the connection was not working, i was able to work this out by changing with to our equine band. i called Arc and i had a new band within 24 hours. i have recommended this product to may of my friends and family and have lent both out for people to try with great results just like i have found.

I am a bricklayer and have been for…

I am a bricklayer and have been for over 40 years . Price work heavy blocks and nasty weather have all taken their toll.
15 years ago chronic pain started I tried all the usual remedies chiropractor, acupuncture, prescription painkillers some worked for a while but the pains in my knees back and hip always returned with a vengeance. I have waited 2 years to give my review to make sure what I say is correct,
Arc 4 health for me has become a way forward from all the chronic pain I had endured for years.
I can say without any hesitation it is the most beneficial treatment I have ever tried, my sciatica, back pain and knee pain have all been relieved by 80--90% . I use my arc on a daily basis , I found if I stop using it my sciatica returns in 3-4days,so ongoing I will continue using the arc every day.

Cost to ship back is very prohibitive…

Cost to ship back is very prohibitive and I got a bum machine. Told you about it, you told me to video it. I cannot video something for six hrs because it appears to be charging, but does not charge! I've explained and was told to ship it to you to be assessed. My very costly $600 Cdn. mistake it seems and I am mad as can be about it. Feeling very ripped off! Poor customer service and beyond poor support! To charge SO much for something and then be stuck with one that simply does not charge and therefore does not work is very much a scam and thievery in my eyes. Buyer beware!!!

We were very disappointed to hear of your dissatisfaction as we rate very highly when it comes to customer service. This is why we are, again, offering to address the issues you have highlighted as we have throughout.

We had originally suggested you take a short phone video of the problem you are experiencing, because as a UK based company, we wanted to try to avoid you having to send a unit back to us for testing from Canada. You explained you felt this was not useful and that you were personally unable to do this as you do not have a mobile phone.

We then asked you to post your device back to us for testing, at our expense, making it very clear that if a fault were to be found, we would replace your unit immediately and ship a new one to you, also at our expense. We are still very happy to do this for you but, obviously, we require the original unit back to establish what the problem is first and to determine if it requires a replacement? This seems reasonable under a warranty?

We receive very few of our units back, and many of those test as 'zero fault' and are mainly due to user error. We are not suggesting that this is true in your case, but as you are unable to diagnose technical faults on our equipment, and we haven't been given the opportunity for a qualified technician to actually see the unit, it seems reasonable that we are given the chance to ascertain if there is a problem, and if so, what it is?

We would happily look at phone footage, test the unit, replace it if required and pay all costs associated with it, but we can’t send a brand new unit without a professional diagnosis?

I hope you can appreciate that as a company, we must first ascertain what the problem may be and have an opportunity to fix this? While this may be slightly slower, the end result is the exactly same if the device is at fault. You receive a brand new unit under warranty. The only difference is that instead of dispatching one now, we dispatch one after a very small delay to allow us to confirm a fault?

We take pride in our level of customer service and can only apologise that you feel that we have not addressed your concerns to your satisfaction so far. We will continue to try to assist, but are slightly at a loss as to what else we can offer as we have already offered you a clear route to a repaired or brand new unit at no expense to you.
