Aquasoft water softeners Recenzje

Fear and trepidation ran through me as my Harvey Water Softener failed yet again!
One call to Aquasoft was immediately responded to by Stephen who with style and with a smile put it back together again and saved me an absolute fortune not having to renew it - yet!
Thank you Stephen and Aquasoft 🤗

Christina, Tristan and Adam were amazing. Provided a great service and were so kind to squeeze me in with such short notice for an installation before my wedding to help me with my eczema. Very knowledgable, very friendly people, great service all around. Would recommend to anyone who wanted a water softener!

Tristan really is top of his game and so knowledgable. He is the only company that can provide all three well known makes and really takes time to make sure you have the best fit for your usage and property. Works out best options (and he has several) for you financially too! Lovely guy, can’t recommend him highly enough!

I would highly recommend Aquasoft from my initial quote to installation just fantastic service every step of the way.

Salt delivered promptly
Smaller size bags much better to move around
Delivery driver really helpful

Service excellent and the engineer was very tidy and friendly

All went according to plan from start to finish. Arrived on time did install with no problems. Finished job and left clean and tidy. Great job.

The fitting was very quick and efficient. The fitter was neat and tidy, cleared away all the waste and set up and explained how everything worked.

Adam turned up on time and went through the process of servicing my water softener.
It hasn’t been used for a few months, so certainly needed looking at.
Eventually I was told that all was well and the unit was in good shape.
Very happy with the service I received and with the delivery of salt.
Will probably get it serviced every eighteen months or so in the future.

I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER WITH AQUA SOFT MORE THAN 15 YEARS AND HAVE ALWAYS FOUND THEM VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. THEY ARE THE BEST.

A very informative engineer who completed the service efficiently and tidily.

Professional, friendly and reliable service. Thank you.

Very professional and competitive with pricing

Delivery of a filter was made without too much delay. Very helpful staff.

Professional and friendly staff. Great product

Can't fault the service, quick clean and efficient.

The initial consultation meeting with Tristan was easy to understand and he explained all our options very clearly. Once we had decided to go ahead, an appointment was booked for installation and Adam came on the day to fit the unit. He was absolutely brilliant. We chose where we wanted the unit to be installed and he did a fantastic job installing it. The work was very neat and at the end of the job it looked like it had been part of the original design of the house and not something that was added later.

We felt very comfortable with Aquasoft right from the very first meeting. When a company is confident enough in the quality of their work to not charge you anything until the job is complete then you can be sure of getting a good result.

Personal visit by Tristan Coldbeck to discuss our current water softener problem and give advice on new replacement.
His 'recommendation' was fitted by Adam, the company service engineer, who was very pleasant and efficient.
Aquasoft have been very helpful throughout our problem with the previous softener. We will continue to buy salt from Aquasoft who supplied salt for our previously.
