My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. The boat, crew and catering were first class. We were extremely well looked after.
The organisation of the excursions was excellent, as was the tour manager: very helpful
I have one complaint. When we were taken to the airport in Bucharest we were dropped off by the minibus driver near the car park and not at the departure gate. A long walk in 33 degree heat was unnecessary and annoying.

Brilliant organisation in terms of outstanding customer-friendly service, accommodations, food, the ships, the itineraries, very relaxing and highly informative trip.

We enjoyed our holiday on Caledonian Sky. The ship was clean, comfortable and well maintained. The crew were great and very helpful.
You are obviously new to dealing with the Greeks and it showed! We never new exactly what would happen until the last moment and there were a lot of changes due to the locals changing their minds - Greek culture! We got the impression that, because there were only 90 of us, we didn't matter and the larger boats got preference. The tours were expensive for what they were.
The Cruise director did his best, but he seemed to rush from pillar to post and we were told things at the last moment if at all. He gave us a lot of information we didn't need and omitted things that were important to know.
The food was OK but lacking in choice. Breakfast in the dining room was poor, but much better on deck.
Having said all that, we enjoyed our time on board, met some nice people and had a good holiday.

Paid for a balcony but got just a full width opening window. Only three hours of daytime cruising in seven days. Often opened the curtains in the morning to find another boat just a metre or so away; so no view at all, and if the window was opened the room was sometimes flooded with fumes. However, all the staff were very good and the food was varied and tasty.

Hayden was very informative and patient with our needs, and clearly and simply advised us of what options were available. Recommended.

Hayden was very friendly, polite and very knowledgable, speedy service and straight to the point and catered for all our extra needs on our up and coming holiday. Excellent!

On Greek & Turkish Island Adventure, the staff on board the ship were excellent, the cabins were spacious and the food was very good.
There appeared to be a lack of co-ordination on the timing and whether certain optional trips were going ahead. Also question as to whether Zodiacs are suitable for older passengers in choppy seas!

Catering and cabin staff excellent. Cruise director and assistants leave the worst I have experienced. The fact that for 3 days the visits ashore were by rubber boats in windy choppy weather. In cruise details these were not mentioned. Arrived at departure airport 3 1/2 hours before flight.

Superb exploration cruise on Seabourn Pursuit. Excellent management by APT staff throughout the holiday.

A well organised tour using excellent hotels and visiting key locations. Very professional tour director who was very intuitive to the needs of the group.

all onboard services were great.
all tours were great, especially Bratislava.
on board commentaries on the gorge and the evening cruise in Budapest were uninspiring.
the 4hour wait at Munich airport for the coach to the ship at Passau was particularly gauling.

Everything that had been arranged by APT went very smoothly from the flights to getting to the ship and all the excursions. The crew and staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The cabins were clean with ample hanging space for clothes. They were serviced at least twice a day. Mealtimes were delightful with ample choice of menus, excellent wine and beverages, and service. We shall certainly consider APT for another river cruise in the future.

Couldn't be faulted. All worked perfectly. Staff were wonderful at all times - efficient, kind, caring, attentive. Catering was superb. We had a wonderful week.

Also the Travel Marvel seems lower class than just APT cruises

Danube river cruise.
Lovely modern cabin with mini fridge, toiletries including shower cap, cotton buds, make up remover pads, hair dryer and dressing gown. Great staff, excellent food with unlimited drinks with meals. Tea, coffee, water and biscuits ready available to self serve. A shout out for Noel, the Entertainer. You were so funny as well as a great singer.
Coaches always ready to take you on the guided tours with Informative guides. A thoroughly enjoyable holiday with lots of friendly passengers and good laughs and I would recommend APT, they try their best to make your holiday memorable.

Everything was excellent - ship , cabin, staff, food and itinerary. Only minor downside is it was a shame the ship didn’t sail a bit more during the day

Sunday was the best day yet on our 7-night Douro River cruise. From Lamego we went to the 17th Century Sanctuary of Our Lady of Remedies, where a choir was singing beautifully. Then we descended the 686 steps to the bottom, where we were treated to a local speciality, Bola de Lamego, and a glass of sparkling wine called Raposeira. Then the coach transported us to the Quinta de Pacheca, where we had a delicious 3-course lunch, matched with white,red and port. Back at the ship we had a yummy barbecue on the sun deck. Just a pity we had two big meals on the same day!
