They dont listen to what you have requested.
I had sent them a message on issues I has and they didn't even take care of any of them. After the service I sent them another message about the team not taking care of what I had previously requested and they never even contacted me. They did however send me a notice that my treatments were going up $13 per service.

I have loved your company for over…
I have loved your company for over three years. Technicians have been pleasant, super helpful and going above and beyond with treatments. These past few months I have had a pest issue; not quite sure what type of bugs these are. This is part of the problem. Since this issue, I have had a 4 hour block time where the tech showed up an hour and a half past the 4 hours block...a second 4 hour block coming with one hour to spare. Same technician both times. Told that I may have termites, scheduled for a free termite inspection, which was cancelled by APTIVE 4 days prior. Was told I would contacted to reschedule and no callback. I had to call to get a new appointment. I am just shocked and very frustrated.
I hope we can get back to a better relationship as I have referred you to many....

Customer service is bad
What they do is good. We never have any bugs or other things in or around our house. But the customer service is awful. Trying to get their contact information is hard work to fine. And when they do come to your house half the time they don't tell you they're 30 minute window. And I have a lock gate to get in the back. So I would have to let them in, But if I have a simple errand to run and they don't give me a 30 minute window then they avoid doing the backyard. And now I have to waist another day for them to come back out.
And trying to get out of a contract with them it's basically paying for two payments from them. If I knew how difficult it was to work with them then I will definitely ended my contract a lot sooner.

Bugs Are Gone!
I have generally been pleased with the Aptive representatives. Timing of schedules has not worked out for them to come into my house to treat the bugs, but the inside bug population is almost zero! This is a big improvement!
I’m usually not home when they arrive, but I do monitor my cameras. I am generally pleased with what I see as far as them treating the front and back of the house.

Lloyd Thomas is my professional sprayer. He is compassionate about his job. He is very pleasant and answers my questions regarding pest control. He is very thorough when spraying the entire house. And he does an excellent job outdoors as well. I am so Thankful for him! I don’t want any other people to spray my house! Just Lloyd! He is the BEST! Never showed up; Not happy!
Well, it’s 5pm and you still haven’t arrived at my house. I stayed home all day waiting. I haven’t received ANY communication from you about anything. But I did receive this request for a review. That seems odd since no service has been provided. Are you under the impression that someone came to my house? Or is this a generic email? And I need an ant treatment, both internal and external. Please don’t tell me you are on your way now. It’s after work hours and I have things to do.
I assume you will be calling to reschedule?
