The tech was excellent
The tech was excellent. I was told that a tech would be out between 8AM and 9AM. He arrived around 1:00PM. Don’t know who is at fault. The tech said he didn’t get the message regarding the promised time. I believe him.

Lack of communication
The tech should have text his pending and eventual arrival. No advance notice was issued. Further, I requested that the visit be rescheduled and this information was not communicated to the technician. Lastly, I required an indoor treatment for carpet beetles for this visit and this was not honored.

Techs know us well!
Junior knows our home and yard pretty well by now and knows just what needs to be done to control ants. He offers suggestions and treatments that work great for us. And he's a super nice guy!

Aptive is always on time and reliable. A complete report with photos is provided via text after every visit. On several occasions, the Aprive rep has returned numerous times to deal with a pesky ant problem. I appreciate the company's professionalism, friendly employees, and quick response time.

James did a great job of completing the service and sending detailed description and pictures of the work. I appreciate getting a pre-service heads up before the visit and asking if there are special needs or questions. I have found Aptive to be a reliable service at a fair price. I would recommend them.
