The technicians are generally helpful and always respectful. I receive a text before they arrive so I can point out any specific areas I want treated or ask questions I may have. I'm not always sure they know much more than I do, but they do their best.

No Consistency
Every time my service date is announced, Aptive gives me "Monday" or "Tuesday" with no time stated. I cannot spend a whole day waiting for someone to show up. I have called each time, for over a year, asking what time slot is scheduled. Each time I'm reassured that the next time will be different.
I never see the same person twice. Every month there's a different person and some are not very interested in their job. I'm never sure if they bait the rat traps or not. It would help if the same person was assigned to the same customers each time.
