Curtis notified me of when he would arrived. He listened to my needs and concerns. He even treated for a pesky mole problem we have been having. He was friendly and proffessional. To date I have not had any difficulty with any of this company's tech's that have come to our residence. I was just as pleased with Curtis as the others that have been here.

My service technician, like always, was professional and friendly. Communicated well about when he would arrive, and also what he observed and did during the treatment. And of course, the treatments have always been successful in keeping outdoor pests to a minimum and zero indoor pests!

I've been with Aptive about 6 months and am pleased with their services and products. I previously worked with another contract company that would come bimonthly, but felt that the quality of the service (e.g. spider web removal.. the little things) was dropping off and prices were rising. I appreciate their conservative use of the harshest chemicals and I've found the service people professional (they text before they arrive) and friendly.
