The service used to be good

The service used to be good. I've been using them since 2017. Now there is no schedule they show up whenever they want with 24-hour notice. They spend no more than 10 minutes. I always talk to him ahead of time and tell them what I want, the last several times they only serviced half of my yard. I asked them to spray the cinder block well because it's full of scorpions and they don't spray it, I asked them to put granules in the grass because it's infested with roaches and crickets. They never change out the sticky traps or spray my garage. For over $125 per service I would expect to not have to constantly fight scorpion crickets and roaches in my backyard. ... The last service I called the tech (Abukar) on it because he left so fast, he text me and said he would come back and finish and never did. I tried to call their customer service but customer service never answers the phone... They have an app that never works. I found this trust pilot review in my email while I was trying to find their phone number so I can cancel service.

Aptive Pest Control - Effective & Dependable

Aptive Pest Control is dependable and sprays inside and outside of my house as well as spots needed in the yard. They come every 30-60 days. They also have a crew that covers termite control on my property too. I have had this service for about 14 months and am happy with results.

For the past three months

For the past three months, we have had horrible problem with red ants in our backyard. Whenever they come, they ask if there’s anything that needs to be addressed I tell them the red ants. They never put out traps. They never do anything the pictures they take of the work they do never include the areas with the ants. They charge more than most companies. Don’t do what you ask them to do and then you’re stuck in a contract so you can’t get out.

Service went downhill once we upgraded our plan.

We have had Aptive for 2 years and had been pleased with the service until we upgraded. It has been 6 months and I got a notification that someone was servicing 2 months ago and no one came. I have a notice that someone is coming this week. We’ll see.

Nobody hates anyone more than aptive hates their customers!
If I could go less than 1 star, I would. 7…..that’s right, 7……no-shows in 2 months, including today. Every no-show included a proactive call by me to confirm. Every time was told they would be here in the designated windows. Failed every time. We’re done

Appointments were consistent no call no…

Appointments were consistent no call no shows. Every time I called back I was assured someone would be here the next day and they were not. The customer service reps were supposed to send me emails of what was occurring and those never came. They refused to escalate my request further and the last two people I spoke to on the account were the rudest people I have experienced in customer service. The man flat out lied about a manager meeting and they just didn’t care to deal with anything. Over all the service is horrible.

Javon gave me a complete understanding of the options for removing an influx of ants in my yard and provided pictures of his treatment areas. Javon is personable and has a good knowledge of how to resolve the issues in my yard.

Excellent Service

I always get a notice when appointment is set up. Technicians are always courteous. They explain what they are going to do. When I have asked them to return to treat the interior of the house, they are prompt and do a very thorough job.
