We had an issue with a previous
We had an issue with a previous technician spraying on my main level hardwood floors. It left a cloudy residue on my floors that had to be wiped up throughout the house.
Derrick listened to my concerns and followed a suggestion we had to alleviate that situation again. Derrick was great and we appreciated his service. Derrick deserves all 10’s!

Great work
I appreciate that the technicians tell you about the work they are going to do and then take pictures of the work that have done. I also like that they will come out in between applications and reapply treatment if you notice activity. Another really good thing is the sweeping of the cobwebs from the nooks and crannies.

I’m having issues with wasps and mosquitoes
I’m having issues with wasps, small bugs on my patio and porch and mosquitoes. I’ve even had Aptive come back out. Using a competitor the past few years I haven’t had these issues. I am not satisfied.

Very Humanitarian
The technician took the time to save 3 frogs from our deep window well. Might not seem like much, but it was pretty awesome how much he cared to do that and ask permission after he was done taking care of our house, inside and out.

Not happy
My dogs acquired fleas and I can’t enjoy my deck as I get bit by many mosquitoes. One of my dogs is allergic to the chemical and after going outside hours later he came in with a very red belly. I have spiders crawling on my deck and in my garage and driveway. The next day I had cob webs on my deck from my umbrella

The service tech always seems to provide the service we expect and appreciate. My biggest concern with aptive is the way of notifications of the appointments it seems to me that they do not provide enough time to change the appointment when it is not convenient for me.
