Good company the only thing I didn’t like was the sales rep didn’t mention during winter they don’t come out but you still get charged which I didn’t like customer service help with that issue and they do good work

Tasha did a fantastic job...
Tasha did a fantastic job and was very easy to talk to and friendly. She was also very knowledgeable about how to combat my mouse problem. She made sure I was all set and knew how to handle it. When she left, within a few hours two of the traps she laid caught mice. She's definitely the one you want helping you with pest and rodant problems!

Nice and informative
We were able to speak to the person who came to our house this time. We usually aren’t home. She was very nice and informative. we asked questions and she was able to answer all of them and didn’t make us feel like we were taking up her time. She said she would make notes about a concern we have for next spring.

The Aptive techs send text messages…
The Aptive techs send text messages before they arrive announcing their anticipated arrival and requesting any specific areas of concern. Upon arrival they complete the treatments and send photos of their work. Their customer service personnel are responsive and informative and rescheduling treatments has always been a simple process.

The only time I've noticed a difference was when the owner came out. Otherwise I don't know what time they will show up so I can be available and it never seems to be effective.

I made an appointment for Saturday but…
I made an appointment for Saturday but was not given a timeframe. However at no time did I say 7:30 AM ON A SATURDAY MORNING. I did not receive a phone call and the tech just showed up and said he rang the doorbell camera. My doorbell camera was dead and you could tell that because there is no light to show recording. My doorbell camera does not ring inside my home. The tech left some glue traps by my front door and said he sprayed outback and when I called him back to ask him to come back as I needed him to set mouse traps in my house and garage and spray in my basement and upstairs he said he couldn’t do that but that I had another appointment in a couple months. I said that is not going to work and hat on would call instead. This was the final straw because about 3 or 4 months ago was the first visit from them and the tech that came was very nice and he said now trapped in my garage because I told him I had a mice mouse infestation last winter so he was very kind and set some traps in the garage and said to contact him when there were some cotton traps. Well, I had one cot in the traps and I texted him and I attempted to call him twice and then three times and never received a call or a text back so by this time, the mouse was decomposing and I had to throw this trap in the mouse outside. I texted him and let him know that he needed to come set some more traps and I never heard anything from anyone nor did I get a follow up visit or follow up phone call about my next visit which was supposed to be in six weeks or thereabout. None of these things happened and then when the tech came this Saturday morning at 7:30 I was very irritated and disappointed in the service that this company presides. I have canceled my service and will not be using them again nor will I recommend them to anyone else until they rectified the situation which I don’t really think is possible. The first impression is a bad one. The second one was even worse. I will definitely find somewhere else to do my pest control.

We had an issue with a previous
We had an issue with a previous technician spraying on my main level hardwood floors. It left a cloudy residue on my floors that had to be wiped up throughout the house.
Derrick listened to my concerns and followed a suggestion we had to alleviate that situation again. Derrick was great and we appreciated his service. Derrick deserves all 10’s!
