We were overrun with mice in every room. Very unsanitary! Immediately ended our mouse problem.

Makes a Difference
I have mosquitoe and pest control service. The pest control definitely works. The mosquitoe control (spray and bait buckets) is so-so. It does knock down the population but I still have to put on mosquitoe spray when going ooutside.In general, I've been happy with the service.

Aptive Technician modifies treatment to protect our dogs while treatin our home
Technician provided a heads-up so we could manage our 4 dogs before his arrival. We asked him to modify his treatment of the outside of the house to accommodate our dogs and Ethan did it without a moments hesitation. He also secured both of our gates to the backyard to ensure that our dogs would not escape

The guy that came to the house was kind of rude he was only here for like 10 minutes did not spray the yard when I asked him why he said they quit doing that October 1st and I was not informed of that so I asked him if there was a discount and he said I would have to call the company I have no phone number to get ahold of the company think I am canceling the service with them

The female technician was very knowledgeable with her profession.
The female technician was very helpful in terms of how to deal with our mayfly problem. We followed her tips and one day after her visit already a clear effect: much less insects!

I started Aptive 3 months ago and the thing I loved most was that instantly mosquitoes were gone as in gone!
The leaves on my roses looked like lace; by the next month the leaves were strong and healthy. Also I hear from Aptive. I know when they are coming and can ask them to come in the house and spray as well.

The technician didn't do any service
The technician didn't do any service. This is the 2nd time e this has happened and I have had to call in for a 2nd treatment. I was assured that my billing was going to stay they same if I escalated my account, by the manager of the location on the technicians phone. That was not the case. Now I am stuck with a year of service before I can drop your company or you fix your service issues. This is an ongoing issue that wasn't happening when I first started with this company. Either fix the issue or expect to lose a customer. Your choice.
