The service works
The service works. We had Aptive for a number of years. Then I tried to service the building myself. I ended up going back to Aptive.
When I needed to cancel the service after the building sold, they made it very easy to resolve the billing.

Great customer communication
The company sends me an email prior to the service. The technician sends me a text when about 10 minutes out. Then I am able to ask the technician by text what I want to focus on during his or her visit. The technicians are invariably courteous and respectful.

The tech I have had were all nice some…
The tech I have had were all nice some more effective than others but if something was missed they always send someone else to fix it before your next treatment and that I love.
My usual techs are thorough and they text before arriving plus they attach pictures of the work completed before they leave in case you are not home.

Not sure what they spray the house with, but it doesn't work. Me spraying the house myself handled them better.

Technician sprayed home windows
Technician sprayed the windows, and I now have chemical spots all over my windows. I had them professionally cleaned weeks ago, and now they look terrible. Please advise your technicians to be careful not to allow chemical spray to hit home windows.

Aptive pest control - reputable in Northern VA
Our experience with Aptive pest control has been very positive to date. The company provides advance notice of when our quarterly residential treatment will occur, and its technicians apply product and perform their tasks thoroughly on the appointed date (with near-in-time notice of arrival for service). Exterior treatment is always done, with interior treatment provided without additional charge upon request. Trustworthy without supervision, but also comfortable with supervision.

There is an issue with performance and…
There is an issue with performance and scheduling. Techs are not informed and/or are not doing items included in the contract. Scheduling issues, techs are arriving hours after the window given and only spraying exterior. Contract is for interior, exterior, garage and decks.
