Missing an item from my order been…

Missing an item from my order been emailing with no response. Tried Facebook and other social media also to no avail.

Return not possible

I wanted to return 2 dresses, the homepage sais that for returns from Germany will be handeled via DHL. I should start the process in my apricot account and would then be forwarded to the DHL where a QR Code would be provided. This didn't work an now my emails to customer service are ignored.

Once your return is processed by our warehouse team you will receive an email notification. Depending on your card issuer or bank, the money can take up to 10 working days to appear in your account.

Poor quality and high return costs

Ordered from Apricot for the first time - a skort for the summer season. The skort has very poor quality fabric (see-through) and crooked stitching at the back. I sent a request to customer support with pictures. The answer is that I should send it back at my own expense. No reply to further emails from me. Very disappointing!

Sizing awful.

Have purchased from Apricot online & in store for years. Always loved the clothes and sizes spot on. Ordered 2 knitted tops. In XS as usual. One of them them was ridiculously small. The other fitted in the body but looked as if the arms were size XL. Quality was not good either. Add to that the misleading statement of free delivery over £50 but in fact only on full price clothing. If this is how things continue I will not be purchasing again.

Quality has gone down

Quality has gone down

Used to be a big fan of this brand and have ordered several items with them as well as purchased in-store. Used to be really happy with the quality and fun designs but recently the quality of the clothes has gone down. The seam of the oversized boyfriend coat I purchased (which wasn't cheap) ripped from top to bottom after only a couple of times wearing it. Similarly, the check print shirt mini dress had a massive hole in it after wearing it twice. I never used to have issues like this a year ago.

I was refunded £20 less than my order

I was refunded £20 less than my order. Used the contact form for customer services and got an acknowledgment. That was 2 weeks ago and I’ve heard nothing since. There’s no way to contact them by phone and they ask that you don’t send any chaser emails because apparently that will cause delays 🤷‍♀️

No Customer Service Response

I received 2 items in late November that I decided to return. I followed the return instructions and mailed the items back - I received confirmation from FedEx that they were delivered on 12/4. I have yet to receive a refund or a response to my outreach to Custer Service and it has already been a month. I understand it's the holidays so some delay is expected but not a full month. I'd love a reply to my Customer Service ticket.

I ordered three items at the beginning…

I ordered three items at the beginning of December, they were quickly dispatched but have not arrived and tracking has been stuck for 13 days. I have contacted Apricot via every means imaginable and nobody has replied, so it seems that not only are the Christmas presents lost, but also my money! No customer service at all.

Échange/Remboursement impossible!

J'ai commandé un pantalon qui a été livré très rapidement. Mais il est trop grand. Impossible de faire un renvoi puisque je n'ai plus jamais pu me connecter à mon compte et donc procéder à un échange ou un remboursement. Très déçue!

Soft, cozy ,ounce pants…love them so much I bought a pair for my granddaughter .

Vêtements et accessoires extraordinaires !!

Les produits sont beaux et correspondent tout à fait à leur description et aux tailles indiquées, et la qualité est au rendez-vous !

Une paire de boucles d'oreilles que j'avais commandée mais qui était finalement indisponible m'a été remboursée sans que j'ai la moindre démarche à faire.
Et c'est très agréable quand ça se passe ainsi !!!

Le manteau multicolore avec des carreaux qui se fondent un peu entre eux et qui a une capuche, bouloche un peu vite mais c'est normal vu la matière et son prix très très raisonnable.

Il est vraiment très joli et je reçois beaucoup de compliments, certaines personnes ont même noté le nom de votre site.

Donc je suis entièrement satisfaite, sauf qu'on ne peut pas créer d'alerte si un produit revient en stock. Par exemple les boucles d'oreilles que je souhaitais ...

Merci pour tout et bravo pour vos engagements à créer une mode colorée et resplendissante qui offre de la joie en plus !!

Je conseille donc vivement à chaque personne de se faire plaisir chez vous et d'en parler autour d'eux !

Absolutely no customer service …

I have brought several items from Apricot and have loved them all. However there are a few items in my latest delivery that I didn’t like and want to return. The website is not letting me do that so I’ve emailed twice and has no reply from customer service. I will not be ordering any more items from apricot. Very disappointed.

Terrible fit

Terrible fit. This dress was poorly designed. Very odd proportions. I bought my typical size... and it isn't that it is too snug or loose, but that it was designed NOT to fit a body well. It looks gorgeous on the hanger, but is one of the worst fitting pieces of clothing I've ever tried on.
