After looking into this for you, I can confirm that a member of our team has already reached out to advise that your order was unfortunately lost in transit by the courier. We are continuing to follow this up with the courier to help prevent a similar occurrence in the future.

In the meantime, we have also processed a full refund for your order back to your original method of payment. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few working days for the funds to appear in your account.
