Very nice dress which fits well, was out of stock but received an email to say when it was available again. Price was reduced and fits well, quick delivery. First time shopping at Apricot, highly recommended.

The service was excellent as always . The dress was too big sadly so I had to send it back .

Extremely friendly and helpful staff
The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The assistant recognised me from the previous week and said "look we have some red clothes in". She had remembered that red is my favourite colour and it made ne feel very special.

Apricot makes lovely clothes that fit beautifully and they are always delivered quickly. Also, you can return clothing for free and I have - on many occasions - received a refund within a couple of days (rather than around 10 days like most other companies offer).

Loved the jumper I purchased
Loved the jumper I purchased , the colours were fantastic and it fitted well. I have had comments about the jumper and people admiring it. I wish I had got a size smaller but that is my fault . I have another jumper similar from apricot that is a thinner and I feel that fits better . On the whole though a good purchase and good value for money.

I'm so sorry to hear that the sizing didn’t match what was stated on the clothing label. We understand how disappointing that can be when you’re expecting the item to fit as described.
I've had a look and can't see any contact our with our customer service team who are happy to look into this for you and arrange a suitable resolution.

It was delivered to the wrong address I have. Had a replacement or refund!
It was delivered to the wrong address, I reported it to you the same day! You haven’t responded to that but sent me an email requesting a rating review instead! I live in West Yorkshire, the deliver map shows you delivered it to Solihull Birmingham!!! Can someone respond to my email please!
