I had ordered 2x jackets and have not received any communication from the company and its been 3 years since I placed my order.

An excellent coat that provides great protection from the elements. I have a few in different colors and have gotten my family some Apricoat coats because of my personal experience.

I placed an order in November. I received the confirmation email.
Then….silence. Nothing. No order, no responses to my MANY attempts through email, Shop App and Instagram messaging. Oh, and their phone number is fake or deactivated.

They took my money and vanished.

Never even answered my emails and messages. It’s been OVER A YEAR and there’s no jacket or answer. I’m quite infuriated with this situation:((((

Ordered on November 26,2025. My credit card has been charged. I have not received the quote nor any shipping information. When I try to track it, it doesn’t exist. I have emailed customer support three times with no response. I tried calling their customer support number today and I keep getting a message saying that my call cannot be completed. I’m going to contact my credit card provider at this point.

They never shipped the coat, no response via email, contacted CC company to have the payment reversed. Never going to buy from this company again.

Ordered Travel Bag in 2022. Its been 2.5 years and never received any update on the order, Is this some sort of scam happening? I was searching online if anyone has this issue and there is reddit used base went through same problem. Never received update on follow ups or refund.

I never received the coat. You got paid and no response from your support team...Maybe someone could contact me please ?

My suggestion to people would be to dispute the charge on your credit card if one was used. The website shows a summer discount code still. Their phone number is disconnected. Pretty sure they’re out of business and somehow still taking people’s money, which is terrible. I ordered express late November and nada. Sucks as my wife really wanted one for Christmas.

I ordered this on December 2nd and have not received anything about my order. No tracking number nothing. I emailed the Company and no answer back as to where my order is. And the phone number they give on their website is not in service.

I haven’t received my order nearly 2 weeks after ordering. The app still say “on the way.” I have messaged the company 2 times and have received no response. I think I got scammed.

Product has never been sent in 2 months and no response from apricoat. Frauds!

I placed an order on 11/30/2025. As of 12/12/25, the order shows unfulfilled. I haven't received any updates or notifications as to why it's so delayed.

I ordered a shirt in October 2025 and received a confirmation email. It never arrived. Their phone is disconnected. Have tried to reach them through their support email, and through Instagram messages in November, and they have not responded.

I had ordered a number of items from them in 2023 and received excellent customer service back them. Had no reason to think they would defraud their customers in 2025.

I will submit a complaint through BBB but I figure I've kissed my money goodbye

I ordered an item on 11/20 and should've recieved within 2-5 business days. Giving some room for Thanksgiving, I waited and contacted after 10 business days via email. No response. I recieved an email to rate the item. I responded that I hadn't yet recieved my order. I sent a dm to the IG page. No response. Emailed again on Monday, 12/8. I have not received a response. There is no tracking other than through the shop app and that has no useful or tracking information. I was hoping to use the item on 12/11. Very disappointed.

It's been almost a month and no update on my order which hasn't shipped yet.. Will change my rating when/if this is resolved soon because past orders have been great

Placed an order Nov 20 with 2-5 business days allowed for shipping, per Apricoat. The coat did not arrive, and there is no notification from Apricoat that it shipped. I have tried to contact them by email and via their site with no response. At this time all indications are that they took my money and I will not be getting the coat.

Survey sent out before product or tracking number info.

I have yet to receive my coat after ordering more than 2 weeks ago. The phone number listed does not connect. I left an email that has gone unanswered. Needless to say im very disappointed in their lack of customer service. Where are you??

I'd be glad to review the jacket.....if I ever get it. It's been 13 days & no jacket.
