We ordered Love2Shop vouchers as a Christmas present to our employees. Love2Shop Business were a great company to deal with. David Jones, Business Development Executive went over and above to ensure all of our employees got their e-voucher.

We were given excellent customer service support by our account manager David Jones, plus when any of our young people needed to make contact with the general helpline number, their queries were dealt with swiftly. The cards are easy to use and offer a lot of variety.

I reached out to L2S very last minute before Christmas to help us organize a customer incentive. Sean got in touch within a couple of hours and was very helpful with walking me through the process and providing me with all the tools needed.

The whole process was really simple and easy to do.

From beginning of the relationship, everything has been so easy. Extremely efficient systems and staff, no question is too big or can't be helped. Also, very fast to act. I don't know if there's a way that could make Love2Shop easier to use as a business!

Yes - I find Trustpilot easy to use and convenient. If you suddenly find you need to transfer funds across into your account you can do it very speedily while standing at the payout desk!!! Fast and efficient - never actually had occasion to complain!

Your Aftersales is absolutely shocking. We spent ~£14k with you and as soon as I let you know that people had not received their vouchers, I was asked for transaction numbers and it seemed too much trouble to resolve the problem. I have approx 10 people (and there may be more who let me know today 6 Jan) who have not received their voucher. I will not be using Love2Shop ever again and I will be letting the HR network know to avoid because as soon as you take the money there is terrible aftersales.

System for extracting vouchers is very slow and IT issues are not being resolved.

Our company used Love to Shop directly for the first time this year. Bulk ordering is simple to use via the website. Delivery was very quick, considering the time of year. Our appointed account manager has been invaluable. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

Absolutely disgusting experience. It’s a complete joke that 0 stars isn’t an option because this deserves nothing but utter contempt. I have a £100 gift card that I’ve been trying to redeem for TWO WEEKS, and this company has done absolutely nothing to fix the issue.

Customer service? What a laugh. They are clueless, incompetent, and utterly useless. They confirmed the gift card is loaded and ready to use, yet every attempt fails. I’ve sent them dozens of screenshots showing the error messages, only to be met with the same mindless responses: “Follow the instructions” or “Try again.” How many times do I need to tell you your “instructions” don’t work?

And the cherry on top? They gave me a phone number to call for help—it’s not even in service. How dare you treat paying customers like this? This company is a total scam, a waste of time, and a complete disgrace. Avoid this sham operation at all costs.

I used Love2shop for the first time this Christmas for staff e-vouchers; highly recommended, they are easy to purchase in bulk and our appointed account manager was very helpful. Once paid, you receive the voucher codes a few days later. All in all, very efficient and easy to send out to staff via email mail merge.

I do get a little confused with where to go on the website however I just give customer services a call and they are really helpful and the service is very good.

The initial setting up and account, ordering and payment was seamless. Good support from a dedicated amount manager.

Paid the bill, received the cards.

Then the fun starts. Day after day after day, I was met with not being able to activate the batch of cards. On the phone to the helpdesk, who whilst friendly, clearly have a script... For what is clearly a known issue. This script fobs you off by saying they need to run an overnight process, and they guarantee it'll work tomorrow.

5 days solid I did the same thing, heard the same rubbish, and getting the run around.

Large order batch activation doesn't work.... And they know it.

This prevented me from being able to issue these out to my staf. Would have been hugely damaging to issue out gifts to everyone, for then to find they don't work. Embarrassing.

Never again.

SPAM I have unsubscribed about 5 times from this email rubbish and it keeps on coming!

I used our corporate account to purchase almost 300 e-vouchers as christmas presents for our union members. The process was quick and simple and I had the codes the next day ready to send out... couldn't wish for more!
