Excellent prices and service
This is the second time I've purchased appliances from Appliances Connection. I am am pleased with the selection and pricing of everything I have bought. They kept me informed of delivery dates and I was particularly happy with Santiago di Santo who was able to make an adjustment in the date to suit my schedule. If I need appliances in the future, this will be the first store I contact!

Great prices, awesome service.
Appliances Connection usually has the best prices around, and often ships at a very reduced rate to make sure your order is even more affordable. I've usually been able to find what I'm looking for, or something very close that is a good second option.
In terms of customer service, I recently had an issue that their customer support team was able to handle for me and we were able to come to a solution that really works. Always nice when as a customer you feel heard and appreciated.

Bad install
The installers were nice but made multiple mistakes and couldn’t communicate. Ultimately they made unnecessary holes in my cabinet, installed the dishwasher not level, and with the door unable to lie open. I had to bring in a contractor to fix it

Excellent customer service!
I was concerned about receiving the pedestal for my new front load washer because it had a later receive by date. I called to confirm I would not get the washer before the pedestal and Katie was able to take my order over the phone and handle everything for me.
I have not worries about getting the base too late for the washer installation now.
Appliances Connection has great customer service and I found Katie very pleasant and easy to talk to.

Unit was dented. Box was damaged, but it works.
When the company was notified, they provided a 10 YR warranty free and a $20.00 Credit.
