Douglas was extremely helpful in getting us what we needed, despite a few challenges. After it first appeared that our project would be delayed because of the appliance order, Douglas helped us make necessary changes to get everything we needed on time. Life saver!

Dont pay the deliver guys to do the installers they were not helpful at all. insted of us to give them a tip they force me to paid $40 for tip.(What is meaning of the Tip) do not ask deliver guys to do the Installers. Hire some who is professional.
The washer and Dryer i order is NEW. it doesnt seem that way.

I bought an electric cooktop from Appliances Connection that had obviously been previously installed, then returned. After installation, testing the burners generated smoke from the cooktop. They require the customer to pay shipping if returning, so I ended up waiting over a month for a repair service. After disassembly, it was apparent that some of the burner wiring had dislodged and was laying over the heating element of one burner, under the glass. This was clearly why it had been returned by a previous customer. The "repair" was to put the partially burned wiring back in place. Now I'm stuck with a cooktop with known damage that may shorten its lifespan. On my first call to their support line, I was told that Appliances Connection never sells used or returned items. (I sent them a picture of a retaped manufacturer box, tossed into a much larger ApliancesConnection box, with no padding that I received.) You can rely on their support to be more belligerent than helpful. Obviously, you can't trust that they will send you a new, undamaged item.

I had a list of appliances and a speciality item I needed to replace for our kitchen and Nathan Bent went above and beyond to be sure I reviewed a variety of products before making a decision. He was able to walk me thru the pros and cons of each item and helped me decide on the products that best met our needs and budget. Attentive, respectful, and personable - 160% would recommend him to anyone that needs to buy any appliances !
When I told him I needed to purchase only one today and the remaining items in a few days he worked with me to generate a new quote. So accommodating and thoughtful.

Selected and ordered a trim kit for my built in microwave and received it promptly. Great packaging and quality and it was exactly what I ordered. Sadly it didn’t quite fit my microwave so I needed to return it and reached out online about the return process. Received correspondence back from Jackie who was courteous and accommodating. Although I was disappointed the trim kit didn’t work for us I was pleasantly surprised at how easy the return process has been. Will use this company in the future. Thx Jackie!

My most recent experiences were with customer service and with Nathan, a sales representative. I called the customer service number about an issue with my order. The CS individual was able to resolve a model number mixup but was unable to address a promotional question I had. She connected me with Nathan who was very thorough and professional. He made sure that he understood my issues and was able to provide me with a solution that was very helpful. After handling a return item and providing assistance and recommendations for a replacement item, he made certain that all my questions were addressed. He even immediately called me back when our phone connection became choppy to ensure we had solidified an agreement on the resolution. I was very pleased with his commitment and follow through.
