Your apostille order was completed and delivered to you digitally on May 15, the day after you placed the order, and well ahead of the 4–6 business day processing window. The physical hard-copy shipment, which was added at your request after digital completion, was dispatched on May 21 with FedEx tracking provided to you the same day. The notarization is included within the True Copy Apostille packet itself, which is in the parcel currently in transit.
The package is presently with FedEx Brazil, who have flagged an address issue on their end that requires coordination directly with the carrier to resolve. We have reached out to you privately with the steps to address this with FedEx, and our team remains fully available to support you through to successful delivery.
