I'd like to personally thank you for this very quick service; although expensive, it was worth every penny. Having lived in Pereira, Colombia, for now 19 years, a mid-size city, and dealing with the largest notary service here, I'd like to recommend your company to them, as they may recommend that their clients use your services.

I ordered an apostille. The man I spoke to on the phone said it would take 24-48 hours. I paid the money. I received it 8 days later.

Received a completed product as quickly as advertised. However, when document was sent to the official doing my visa processing, the translator pointed out something was wrong with the names. When I went back to settle this, I received 0 direct answers to a simple question: who signed this? THEN, I was given multiple run around responses in which, again, 0 answers to my ONE question were received AND I was referred to by multiple client names in the responses. The company could improve by being more transparent, answering questions asked without gaslighting, and paying closer attention to detail!

Horrible company. For my needs, they were supposed to apostille a document through New Mexico, but they do everything through New York. The $150 I spent on my apostille was wasted money as the document was useless, I contacted them twice via email to request a refund, but they did not even provide the courtesy of a reply.

For someone who’s been in the business for over 20 years, they have no idea what they’re talking about. I read a couple of Google reviews that said that after they had an issue with Luis, after confronting him for a mistake he made, ghosted them. Which is my situation. They have zero idea what they are doing and tell you that documents apostles in NY will will work is not true. Why ask what country the documents will be used for if you are not going to follow protocol?

So mannerless and rude executive. I have called to apostille department and she talked to me very rudely. Such an embarrassment moment when you called in a company and the way they talked to you . Shame on you

I first used apostille.net in 2018 while living in the Czech Republic. The whole time Luis was communicative and answered all the questions I dad.

I've since moved to the Netherlands and found myself needing 3 apostilles, and instantly went to apostille.net. I ordered the 3 on Monday, and they were in my mailbox Thursday morning.

Luis's service is simply incredible and a major life saver. He takes what could be a lengthy and complex process and makes it as easy as a couple clicks. I cannot thank Luis enough for taking the stress out of bureaucracy!

In the end, it worked out, and Luis took care of the issue.

I am giving four stars because, in the end, Luis refunded me the money when it seemed I was not going to get it back.

I needed a certified LLC apostille in the state of California. Prior to making the order, I contacted Luis via email to ensure he could deliver this. Immediately he said yes so I made my order. Well, the delivery was not what I asked for or was promised; instead, I got an apostille from a notary in Illinois, which the country I was applying for a visa immediately rejected. I complained because my request was very clear and specific. I personally don't appreciate being misled, so I requested a refund, and I did get it. It took a couple of emails and reminders, but I got it. That's the reason I am giving it four stars.

But I would advise to be clear on what is delivered and what is not because the process of getting apostilles is very daunting for people, and there are a lot of scams out there. It is obvious that people are in need of this document, so a lot of people take advantage and try to make a profit. I recommend people to be very clear about what they are asking, and hopefully, they will get it.

I do appreciate that Luis gave me my money back because a lot of people and companies don't, and that is another hassle to demand it. Integrity is very important.

We learned that using Google Promoted companies are not the same as real companies that focus on providing real service. We gave the extra star because they taught us to never use the company that spend the most money on clicks to reel in unsuspecting people looking for apostilles.

Recieved within 2 days of requesting my order. Amazing, caring and kind customer service, immediate responses on email even after business hours, efficient care and consideration. Thank you so so so much!!!

I needed an Apostille for a USA birth certificate in order to be registered in the Netherlands. Luis and his company handled this for me, and their service was prompt and professional. Luis was especially good at communicating with me throughout the process, and the documents I needed were sent to me, by express mail, within two days of when I submitted the materials to him. All worked well, and it is a professionally managed service.

Received excellent news today the State Department has finally apostilled my document and it will be leaving US shipping directly to my immigration attorney. Luis changed the shipping label in order to help beat the dead line of my documents expiring. I am so grateful and appreciative! Had a bad experience with using an company such as this but in the end he did come through so updating my review and I would recommend and would use again.

This is a scam! Before you pay, they answer your calls and messages promptly. After you pay, they disappear. I have called their phone number, and it appears to be disconnected as if they had blocked me. Later on, I tried their WhatsApp number, they received my messages but again no one answered. I tried Facebook, email, same thing. I hope this review prevents someone else from loosing money here.
