Shipping charges are absurd
Shipping charges are absurd. £28 shipping for delivery to the Isle of Wight for 5 LIGHT BULBS. We're not talking about a large or heavy parcel here, the Isle of Wight is in Hampshire and Royal Mail or any other company could deliver it for £5. No alternative options were provided.

I do understand your concerns regarding the shipping cost. However, I would like to clarify that our standard delivery charge for this order is £7.98. The additional £17.92 is a remote area surcharge applied by DPD for deliveries to the Isle of Wight, in line with their delivery terms.
This surcharge is clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed. As the order was placed and paid for in full, this indicates that you accepted the charge at the time of purchase.
If you were not happy to proceed with this cost, we would always recommend not completing the order at checkout.
That said, if you no longer wish to keep the order, you are welcome to refuse delivery. In this case, DPD will return the parcel to us, and we will issue a full refund, including the delivery charges, once it has been received back at our warehouse.
Please let our Customer Service team know if you decide to refuse the delivery so we can monitor the return and process your refund as quickly as possible.

Great value and selection. Only dropped a star as there was a problem with delivery where part of the order was returned for no apparent reason. I had to chase the outstanding balance but that was dispatched quickly and without issue.

Good customer service from the company
Good customer service from the company. Communicated swiftly when carrier (DPD) delayed my delivery. Box of tubes arrived split open , but all tubes were still in the box and worked(LED WITH STARTERS). I would use the company again.

We provide detailed product descriptions and a full compatibility list for all our items, including the Philips LED Tube T8 CorePro (EM/Mains) Standard Output. This product can be used with an existing EM ballast or connected directly to mains, as clearly stated on our website. Customers are encouraged to contact our customer service team if they need assistance before ordering.
Regarding returns, while we provide return labels to make the process straightforward, any courier costs are entirely the customer’s responsibility. We have no control over which courier is chosen or the fees charged, and these costs cannot be waived.
We regret that this product did not meet your expectations. However, our description and guidance were accurate, and the return fees result from your choice of courier, not from the product or our service.
