Sonst hätte ich den Schmuck nicht vor dem Urlaub erhalten. So toll! Vielen lieben Dank! Der Schmuck ist wunderschön wie immer! 😍 Ausserdem habe eine große Transportbox bekommen, das war gar nicht Auktion. Die gab es nur eine zeitlang und ich hatte damals den Zeitpunkt verpasst. Avoid This Seller – Dishonest and Disrespectful
I strongly advise against buying from this seller. ⚠️ I paid €200 to Antevacrafts and was issued a credit note valid for one year. When I tried to use it, they refused, claiming, “The brand remains the same, but the company behind it has changed.”
I’ve been emailing them several times since March, they responded once to say they wouldn’t give me anything, then completely ignored me.
🫵 Regardless of internal changes, a company that takes over a brand assumes its responsibilities, including honoring outstanding credit notes.
For clarity: my original purchase was through Etsy, but the seller, Eva, specifically instructed me to use the credit directly on their website - Antevacrafts, saying they had already received my payment from Etsy (which also confirmed the money was transferred to Antevacrafts). So this has nothing to do with third parties. Yet when I followed their instructions, they suddenly refused to honor the credit due to their internal changes!
💔This is not just about money, it’s about trust, integrity, and basic respect for customers.
Think twice before trusting them with your money. By buying from them, you’re supporting unfair and dishonest practices.

** Additional review after reading the response : As you mentioned, it’s still the same owner and a family business. Then now I understand that you simply rejected your obligation. I wish I could post screenshots of our conversations over the past year. You suggested contacting you within a year, which I did, but you didn’t respond for weeks. By the time I found out you’d been cut off by Etsy, the year had passed.
Whatever happened between you and Etsy, you’re the one who promised me and took my money. You told me to choose an item directly through your website and message you through Etsy and you would post it to me. It’s clear that you refused to keep your promise and showed no accountability in your customer service. You might have saved €200 through this, but you’ve likely lost thousands in potential customers.

We are a family-owned business with a long and respected history in fine jewelry. Unfortunately, over the years, we have occasionally encountered individuals who post inaccurate or defamatory claims—despite not having made a purchase from our official website, www.antevacrafts.com.
In this specific case, the reviewer made a purchase through our former Etsy store, which is the only accurate detail in her statement. The item purchased was not eligible for return, but as a gesture of goodwill, we offered an exchange. The customer chose not to proceed with the exchange at the time, so we issued her a store credit valid for one year.
After the one-year period had passed, our Etsy store had been permanently closed—against our wishes—and our business had undergone structural and legal changes, although the brand name remained the same. When the customer attempted to redeem her expired credit over a year later, we were unable to honor it, both because the credit had expired and because the legal entity behind the brand had changed. From a legal and tax perspective, it was no longer possible to fulfill the request.
Our long-standing reputation is built on integrity, craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction, and this is reflected in the thousands of verified positive reviews we’ve received over the past 15 years across all our online sales platforms.

Excellent customer service
Customer service was excellent, as always. I ordered a custom-sized hand chain, and I really appreciated that they were able to accommodate the sizing.
Unfortunately, the piece arrived broken, likely due to damage during transit. Given the store’s consistent quality, I don’t think this is a common issue, just an unfortunate one-off.
My only real complaint is about the design: I wish there were an option for double-sided diamonds. Since the chain tends to rotate while worn, the diamonds often end up hidden against the skin. I understand this would likely raise the cost, but it would make a noticeable difference in appearance.
The chain itself is very thin and delicate, so I’ll need to be extra careful when wearing it.
I’ve shopped at this store many times and would absolutely recommend them overall. However, I’m not sure I’d recommend the hand chain specifically, at least not without some design improvements.

However, for this specific design, a double-sided diamond setting isn’t possible without creating an entirely new structure, as the chain is designed to move and rotate naturally on the hand.
