I'm very happy with my order. The two pairs of earrings are amazing. I like them very much. Besides this, I appreciate the extra effort from the customer service and the very fast delivery. Although I had to pay import tax for Switzerland, I'm still very happy with the price paid.

Well, I make this rating as it was primarily for the merchandise I received which was better than advertised. Just the one critique I have is just to improve your communications systems, as unfortunately there's a lot of merchant fraud online and don't get grouped in that category. Would I order anything more in the future Idk. But nonetheless.

I have just received my pearl necklace, and it is absolutely beautiful! :) The pearl necklase exceeded all my expectations. It truly is a masterpiece — every detail is perfectly crafted.
The pearl is round and flawless — simply perfect (will be nice for sunny weather)! The chain is beautifully shiny and of excellent quality. It is delicate yet strong and durable. Compared to chains from traditional jewelry stores, this one feels sturdier and showcases the gorgeous pearl perfectly.
The communication was outstanding. I received responses to all my questions incredibly quickly. I can’t wait to make another purchase (this was already my second chain from this shop!).
