Wie schon von anderen erwähnt komplette Abzocke. Ich rede nicht über das Programm sondern die doppelte Abbuchung und der Kundenservice der einem keineswegs hilft. Das ist kriminell.

Something as simple as trying to cancel your subscription they find a way to over complicate. They also close your support ticket at a whim without giving you the actual solution to the problem and refuse to let me cancel my subscription. Wow... thank god there is competition in the market and other plugin companies doing better business and creating alternatives to this type of technology. I won't be supporting this company ever again

Horrendous customer service, buggy programs. When everything worked fine, the auto-tune itself was good, but that's about it. I found out way too late that their plugin doesn't work on my Mac version. Had to send 20 e-mails until they could tell me what was going on.

They’ll double charge you before you cancel the 14 day trial. Absolute scam, stay away.

Worst billing practices- Watch out! I had 2 products installed from 2 different email accounts - not sure how that happened but despite the Antares software hub showing 0 activated product licenses, they charged me 24.99 for 2 accounts. I finally got a confirmation that both products are cancelled. And to uninstall, I had to use a line of code they provide in terminal. It's like...make the experience simple for customers. Clearly the reviews tell how displeased people are with Antares customer service. They won't refund me for the charges on software I never used. I'm not that guy to write bad reviews unless a company demonstrates they give no F's.... BYE...

Das ist der größte Abzock Verein, den ich je gesehen habe. Das Plug-In ist gut, versteht mich nicht falsch. In den wenigen Monaten, in welchen ich Auto-Tune-Unlimited abonniert hatte hatte ich wesentlich mehr Kontakt mit dem Support als Zeit zu recorden. Die haben mir jeden Monat mindestens 2 oder 3 mal den Betrag abgezogen. Ich musste alle paar Tage ein neues Ticket eröffnen, weil der Support ungelöste Probleme einfach schließt. Zudem habe ich ca. 100€ meines Geldes, welches nie hätte abgebucht werden sollen nie wieder gesehen und das werde ich auch nicht. Antares Support "konnte keine fehlerhaften Abbuchungen erkennen". Frechheit, bitte nicht holen!

Can't find license! Paid money for this and can no longer use it when it had been working for years! Poor, company seems to be dedicated to ruining their customer base.

Can't find licence bug... tried all the fixes I could find on google as the support team can't figure it out. What a disappointing program!!

The worst company, can't reset my password to access my account to change payment details. The support is not working. Stay away from this company.

Actual fraudulent company. Cancelled my subscription multiple times with confirmation and have been charged 3 times in total afterwards now working with my credit card to block them. (Also while not having access to it) The customer service just told me they cant refund sales. Another time they just didnt answer when I sent them receipts. What sales? You mean the money youre charging me that I didnt authorize? Y’all just be careful and better not subcribe unless you actually want to be charged until you take legal action. Unbelievable

Update: I just received a refund! So instead of giving a 1 star I raise to 3. I still think the business model is crap. You should be able to cancel and renew at any time. That would be much better for both parts. ///////// "I tried to cancel my subscription last week on PayPal but couldn't find Antares Tech... It seems they use FastSpring as payment provider so I didn't pay enough attention. They have now charged A LOT OF MONEY for something I do not use anymore (just a trial period last year). I have now read that Antares have a ZERO return policy. I can't even change to a monthly subscription that would have helped my economy for the moment. I just want to say this is so offensively that I don't have words for it. I had the same issue with Evernote and they came up with a solution which made it possible to withdraw. I could then return with a monthly subscription. Antares also hides quite well! Impossible to call or chat. For they I am a small customer that means nothing but at least I want some sort of explanation they you have chosen this path. This sales model HAS. to disappear.Antares is lurking in people with offensive commercial and make me an ambassador of negative reviews with their business model!!! Stay away!!!!"

I ordered and received Auto-Tune Pro from antarestech. But on trying to install the program on my computer through the Auto-Tune Central, and Stand alone installer. It didn't install on my PC. After Contacting support, and trying yo get the issues solved, To no results, still doesn't work. I also had to open several support tickets. They responded pretty quickly 1-2 business days. Then they started taking 5-7 days. After 02092023. they just stopped responding and trying to help. So I had to Open a new support ticket, and wait. I don't recommend using this software, and going to find anther software, that would actually care.

case 00449843 good response time within 1-2 days. case 00449843 Took you 5-7 days to respond and they belittled me like I was the dumb one. Case 00474181 I had to put in another Inquiry for them to respond.

The plugin doesn't even work at all! Every time I open the plugin in my DAW it says "no license found." Reached out to support, they tried to help but nothing they offered worked. Then they closed the ticket on me before I could respond, basically telling me they don't even know how to get their own product to function, and that they have given up. Although the customer support was friendly and professional at first, they couldn't solve the problem.

I was a big Autotune fan until I upgraded my entire audio system to the latest of everything including Antares Autotune Pro X. I have been dealing with this plugin being terrible for over a year. It has never worked as well as the old version I had and the Customer Service is horrible.. I avoided leaving a bad review because I wanted to give Antares a chance to get their plugin back to the great level it was previously at.
I give up. I really think that this plugin is done and I have to find something that works. After close to 20 years of being a big fan. I'm done.
That really saddens me but, oh well, 14 month of hell and nothing being resolved.... I'm tired of Antares!

absolutely garbage license authorization process. Do better.

since latest updates, my AT settings reset every day and the plugin doesnt even pass audio unless i open antares central first. it is a mess! and massive time waster....

I have used AntaresTech products for years. And Now I'm trying to load an older project in my DAW which uses Avox 4 and they won't activate. I go to the site and it's subscription ONLY!! I'm really tired of the music production industry forcing this BS subscription down our throats. I don't need their products that much. I'll pay for a product when I truly feel it's of great value or it's of decent value for the $$$ But, this is exhausting. I'm done.
