I've purchased AQ 177 PRO Max. One of the best ebikes you can get. Range is wonderful, bike is sturdy and fast. And yes support is great. Love Aniioki !

Aniioki so far has taken my money and not delivered the Bike I ordered getting close to a month now, I have received 3"E" mails telling me to be patient, also saying the bike I ordered is now available.
The bike is the dual motor
A8 etc I'm frustrated their phone number goes to messages and Aniioki responds when ever they feal like it.

I have tried contacting them every which way possible, they don’t pick up the phone number listed, it goes to voicemail and the mailbox is full! They haven’t responded to any of my many emails. I need to change the shipping address and they are just no where to be found to help me. It’s unbelievable and I can’t in good conscious recommend working with this company in any way.

so far my experience with Aniioki has been fantastic, I am located in Ontario, Canada, when I initially tried to order the A8 pro max, dual motor I was told they were sold out in Canada, I was incredibly disappointed where I researched this bike for over 2 months and was ready to purchase one I, found nothing but very good reviews everywhere, YouTube is saturated with great personal reviews, excellent reviews, so when I contacted Anniioki the got back to me immediately and said they would go through the USA warehouse and open a page just for me where my order was not accepted in Canada because of the ebike being sold out, I was so excited I forgot to check off that I wanted the Air forks front suspension I contacted Aniioki again and again customer service got right back to me and said they could fix this no problem so at this time I am very pleased with Aniioki, stay turned for when the A8 pro max, dual motor ebike arrives I am sure it will get a fantastic review from me.

I bought the A8 Dual Motor through Curiosity Cafe recommendation. maybe a little big for me, but not a big problem. It's great for my commute and saves me a lot of money over driving. All in all, I'm happy with it.

Received my Aniioki A8 pro max electric bike yesterday and took two hours to assemble. The bike arrived in good condition, packed securely and cleanly, and securely fastened inside the box. But the instructions might take a while for someone who doesn't know much about bikes.
Other than that, the bike looks solid and good value for money. Looking forward to riding it often.

I've been following Aniioki for a long time and compared it with many brands. I finally chose Aniioki, and it turns out that the shock absorption is great, the battery lasts long, and using pedal assist makes it easier. The pure electric mode drains the battery faster. The frame is super sturdy, perfect for mountain trails and off-roading. The bike is a bit heavy, but it's manageable!

had the bike for 7 weeks it worked for 3 weeks (300miles) 4 weeks i been w8 for parts and its still dont work they wanted....been in contact wit them but they just stall been waiting now for return label and money back but nofing happens. or nr. AK3200. just like thecoment that they fixed it they sent more parts that dont work bike is still broken

I just bought a aniioki pro 8 daul motor e bike . and IV have had nothing but problems with this thing . 1st- the 24 code came up at 35 miles. And kept shutting the back motor off. I found out that when I move the controller it would start again. Then the controller got so hot it just quit all together. They are sending me a new controller. 2nd- then the selector clamp broke. The bike came with the bolt missing on the right shock. I had to take the shock apart to attach the aluminum rod to the upper part and put a bolt on the bottom boot. The shocks knock so hard at feels like they are going to brake.i put more air in the left side and adjusted the right tentioner and didn't make a difference. The front shocks are terrible. IV been contacting them but they stopped responding.i just want the issue's taken care of.please aniioki contect me. Help me change to a 5 star.

Had a hard time with FedEx not delivering the bike and accessories.
Aniioki quickly solved the problem, and now I got my bike a accessories delivered.

I spent A LOT of time researching...overly researching before I decided on the Aniioki AQ177. I could not be happier. It was easy to put together...I got the first 10 miles in..awesome...but then an error code. I reached out to the customer support email - they got back to me way quicker than I thought it would be. They solved the problem short term and sent me a new part for a replacement. They were great to deal with on my issue. I have ridden many miles at this point...love it more each time. Quality build, super strong bike...even stronger customer support. Plus UL certified. Kudos.

I really like the bike
The best thing about it so far is the range, it's insane. I can commute to work the whole week without charging it.
I also ordered the dual motor version. Can wait to give it a shoot too

I was an early adopter of an Aniioki bike. The AQ177 is my first E-Bike and I was originally drawn to it by its massive 60 Amp Hour battery. Still the largest in the industry. What I can tell you post-purchase is that Aniioki supports its products and customers. The E-Bike industry in general is in its infancy. Most sales are via mail order and warranty repair shops in most cases are not common and those that work on E-Bikes may not have parts specific to your brand. Because of this, new owners who are handy with tools and are familiar with traditional bike maintenance, have a large advantage. In Aniioki's case and many other brands, support will come from their China headquarters. Because of the time zone difference and holiday schedules that do not coincide with ours, there can be a day or two delay in communications. In my experience, they will however address your issue. That may involve shipping a repair part from China and then helping you or a local shop install it. I realize in this "Get it delivered today" world this can be frustrating for the few of you who have a problem with your bike.

For some of you buying a brand from a local reseller may be a better choice. Obviously, you can expect to pay considerably more for that convenience and the selection of bikes to choose from will be much smaller. Like most choices in life, every decision is a compromise.

There are two good Internet Facebook groups where owners and Aniioki will gladly help you get the best enjoyment from your bike.
