My daughter has been enjoying the AQ177 Pro Max every day since we assembled it last year, she loves her Aniioki ebike. So far, she often goes on picnics with her friends, but now that it's winter and colder, she rides the ebike less often.

Good bike overall, but I had some problems with the throttle at first—it wasn’t responding as expected. I contacted customer support, and they sent me a new throttle right away. Now it works fine, but it did take a few days to resolve. The bike rides smoothly, and the range is pretty impressive, but I just wish it came with a more comfortable seat. Still, I’m happy with the purchase.

I ride the A8 Dual ebike and it feels like riding a motorcycle, and the ride is smooth when using electric power. The shock absorption effect is also good.

I recently received my A9 Pro Max dual. I love the performance of the bike but Aniioki really should consider reevaluating the design quality. The huge tires kick up everything on the road especially water onto the bike & the frame has openings in several places that lead straight to the controllers incapacitating all functions.

I bought my aniioki a8 pro max 6 months ago. It works very well but I need to change a nut that has been faked and I can't get the same size anywhere. I don't know why the nut has been falsified. Apparently the components are not very good and in the spare parts there are no nuts available to attach the rim to the axle.

Ordered a replacement headlight, the pictures on their website show the exact same headlight for every ebike they have, but I took a chance. They sent me the headlight I ordered, but it was wrong. The blamed that on the pictures not being updated in a while on their website. They are unwilling to do anything about this. Do not trust this company at all. It's like dealing with a bunch of children that hide behind the keyboard and don't care at all about their customer. Buy something else.

If Aniioki wanted to resolve this issue - they would send the CORRECT PART!!!!! and stop changing the way these bikes are built and keeping out dated pictures!!!!

The bike comes shipped by Fedex company and it was delivered right to our garage door and arrived entirely perfect!

I am a bird watcher and I am glad I bought this A8 pro max dual motor on the recommendation of my friend Mark. This ebike is not cheap but I still think it is worth it. It has given me a lot of convenience when I go to the mountains to photograph and observe birds. I usually don't like to write positive reviews, but I really like my bike.

I ride it more often to go fishing, and my friends also think my ebike is great, and they may also buy one soon, but they are struggling to decide whether to buy a single motor or the upgraded version, the A8 pro max dual motor, lol.

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with less than 60 miles on my bike half of which was me holding my phone in one hand trying to record the lack of torque they sent me three controllers a motor a throttle they agreed to take it back. I missed their three day window of return and found it on my porch. It’s been in the box ever since to be honest, it’s not worth the box that came in….

I bought Aniioki A9 Pro Max from Amazon. However after two weeks, while i had my kid on child seat, the bike stopped at the middle of the traffic while we were on a hill. Since it had password to turn on the bike, we stuck at the middle of the road. You cannot ride the bike with the pedals, without an engine, due to it's weight.

All traffic stopped for a while, i entered the password and restarted the bike and pull it to right side. And run the bike again however it stopped again after 15 seconds.

I restarted again and it stopped again in 15 seconds. So i remove the password and ride back home by restarting at every 15-20 seconds.

I reached out to the seller. They accepted their fault and offered some part changes and gifts however i didn't accept since i didn't want to risk my kid's and my life with that bike again. I could not able to ride it without a fear since i ride my kid to her school everyday.

The seller told me to return it with the original box however i didn't have the original box. Then they said me to put in a suitable box. Due to the dimensions of the bike there is no suitable box in the market. I covered it with moving blankets, two layers of cardboards and industrial stretch film. I gave the shipping dimension but the seller told me that FedEx would not accept this package because of it's shape. I personally went to FedEx and learned that there was no issue to ship.

Then Aniioki told me that they would deduct the box cost from my refund. Amazon said that Aniioki didn't have the rights to that.

Now i will process a pecuniary and non-pecuniary damages case with my attorney. Pecuniary damage for the bike and non-pecuniary damage for risking our life.

Aniioki is very shady about aftersales. Don't believe the paid partnerships that you see on IG or Youtube. That was my 4th bike and i regret not to buy a bike from a reliable brands such as Lectric, Radwagon etc.

Stay away from Aniioki to not risk your life and deal with cheap product and cheap people.

I like everything about the bike—smooth ride, long battery life, and great performance—but it’s definitely on the heavier side. If you’re planning to carry it around a lot, it could be a bit of a struggle.

The ride is smooth and comfortable. Battery life is great too—I can go a few days on one charge. Worth the price

This A8 Pro Max dual motor electric bike exceeded my expectations. I live in a mountain, which posed a real challenge for my previous electric bike, but the A8‘s 180-200 N.m torque is exactly what I needed. Shipping was incredibly fast,I received the bike just four days after purchasing it. With the help of my friend, I quickly assembled it, and I must say, I was out riding for a few kilometers right away, and the experience was fantastic.

They don't reply when contacting them ,I had issues with pedal assist not engaging, they ask for a video?? brake issue no response.
Other issues I had are Saddle adjustment clamp not enough force seat is turning left and right and lowering constantly finally broke the clamp, computer displays unknown symbols difficult to set thing up.Tires are thin and puncture to ease,3 flats in 2 weeks.I have it listed for sale now

I had a problem with my A8 pro rear wheel making noises when starting after a couple of emails with videos showing what was happening. They sent me a new rear motor which I received in 10 days. I install new motor problem solved. Thanks Aniioki great customer service.

I bought the A9. Aniioki got it delivered in like 3-4 days. They included almost 300-400 dollars worth of gear and extra add ons for the bike including the rear pannier bags and mirrors etc. the bike is insane. Power can’t be spoken on enough. Be careful. I keep it in 3rd and easily coast at like 30. PAS One is enough to run my dog with ease. You guys killed it man. Much appreciated.

I just received the new A9 dual motor bike. This is a massive, beautiful,powerful piece of machinery. Very easy to assemble. Great torque. Huge tires. Extremely comfortable to ride. To top it off, customer service has been very prompt in replying. I know it's only been one day, but I absolutely love this A9. A long distance, 45mph bike tank. Gotta love it.
