Anglo Doorstep Collections Recenzje

This is my third time using Anglo Doorstep Collections & every time it’s been easy to book, excellent communication & I would 100% recommend. Always good to know things donated being recycled & money to a charity.

It was my first time of booking and they were very reliable and informative. Pick up was on time ,am very happy with everything .

Charity begins at home. I had to do something to remind myself abou5 humanity. I hope the items will be okay for use.
Nice communication and great output.

Brilliant service, 100% recommend. So easy to organise online, kept informed and updated all the way through, with reminders and information about packaging up your donations, you can even track your collection online in real time. You dont even need to be home for collection. A really great experience and love that a lovely contribution is made to a worthwhile charity of your choosing.

A wonderful company making a big difference in reducing and recycling unwanted items.
A lovely driver collected the bags, etc and within the times specified.
Will definitely be using this first class service again.
Thank you.

A lovely cheery and polite gentleman collected my goods nice and early.

I came across Anglo during an online search for somewhere to donate books. What a great organisation. Seamless service throughout, great communication and extremely efficient. They take an array of belongings for repurposing. All I had to do was box/bag them up, and they arranged a convenient day and time for collection. Friendly, helpful driver too. Will definitely use again and highly recommend. Thank you Anglo.

easy to book. Good communication at all times.
Notification of expected delivery time - on time.
Would use them again

Collection on time and able to track.
Unfortunately a canvas painting was taken out of the bag and left behind.

I had a lot of DVDSand books I did not want anymore. I found Anglo doorstep pick up on line. It was so easy to book up on line I left them at the front door they picked them up you can track them it was very quick and organised a very good service.

Everything from booking to actual collection is seamless! Highly recommend! Fully updated and reminders sent!

Collected on time. The App showed where the delivery van was and gave accurate estimate for arrival time. Pawel collected all the bags promptly and was friendly. Definitely will use Anglo Doorstep again and recommend them to anyone else.

Excellent service will use again brilliant

Absolutely delighted with service, easy to book collection, kept updated with progress of pick up and time slot. Brilliant correspondence from start to finish. Courier was a joy, friendly, respectful and I am so happy with Anglo Doorstep and it’s nice to know you make a difference with unwanted items. Excellent service provided.

From arranging pick up to actually picking up was easy and went smoothly. Communication excellent will definitely use this company again. Highly recommend

Very friendly Polish driver made the experience so much nicer. Also the colletion was scheduled early and the van driver was spot on time. Amazing service! Will definitely use them again and recommend!

First time I've used Anglo Doorstep Collection and it most definitely won't be my last. Excellent service. Great communication throughout. A**

Couldn’t have been easier! Very simple booking process, the collection time and tracking were accurate and helpful, great communication beforehand, very lovely person who collected. Will definitely use again, thank you for making it so easy!

Booked the delivery, gave specific instructions on where to pick up, had to wait almost 2 weeks for the delivery slot. Left my stuff out clearly labelled, got the text confirmation about what time it would be picked up.
Time came and went and no pick up, when I logged in to the website to follow up the driver had left a picture saying no parking was available, which is a lie because we have a driveway and multiple parking spaces.
When I followed up with them via email it took them two days to get back to me, and all they did was offer me a slot another 2 weeks into the future. I responded and asked them if there was nothing sooner, given I had done my part and this was their error, the support guy didn't email back, and now it's marked as completed.
Just take the stuff to your local charity shop, these guys are time wasters.

Easy to book, Was definitely great to put unwanted items to good use. I was kept up to date right up until collection. I was a bit confused why the driver ripped most bags open & had a rummage but it could be an overall check the items. Would definitely recommend anyone to use them.
