Lee H picked up all my donations this morning. Always a pleasure to deal with this company. Lee was polite efficient and friendly with a big smile. Very happy to donate to great causes via this company. I really appreciate their approach and service values. I wish them continued success in raising very worthwhile donations for many well deserving charities. Thank you Lee.

Excellent service, easy to book, and very prompt pick up on the day. Used them a few times absolutely no problem
Great to pick charity of your choice. Recommend to friends and family and they have used them too. The only ones that will pick up books

After the clothing banks were removed locally, I struggled to get to the local tip. This service promoted through Thurrock Council proved to be effortless and has saved a lot of worry about disposal of unwanted clothing. It was booked easily and they collected early morning shortly after I had placed the bags out I would recommend this service to anyone who has unwanted items.

Excellent service, would use again

I was advised as to the time of arrival Donations removed. Driver thanked.

A Very helpful organization.
The collection was easy to book and the communication was good. The driver arrived within the predicted time slot and was polite and helpful. I may well use this service again as an easy way to dispose of unwanted items for recycling and giving the proceeds to charity.
