The worst,rudest,rubbiest and cranky person on the earth he’s YATIN who doesn’t know he is human not DOG who always Barking woof, woof; ruff, ruff; arf, arf (large dogs ).
This man doesn’t have any least professionalism how to speak with the customer i have made several call for booking and filled form as per his requirements then after doing lots call he said call this time that time and lastly he said this is not time to call me or book your tour and got me stuck with my family.
I’m making request to everyone please go somewhere else or go in garden and sit but, don’t book with this guy and company and don’t waste your time and money.
If i had option i would give him -5 star but,unfortunately not.
Pls read all reviews then waste your money and time with this rude person and company.

Don't ever book Angel Tours
As like others I would try to give no star because of no option I'm choosing 1 star. Never ever in my life been treated like this for a service I paid for. My recent trip to Cotswold and oxford with my friends and family was a total hell and disappointing. But to be honest this is my fault to choose a travel agency like angel tours. Late for pick up, no proper vehicle for even a days trip, on top of all excellent employees Mr. Bhargav to be specific (rather I would say self owners) treating people bad and using vulgar words. Was not giving a proper response. Didn't worth the money spent. Not even enough time to visit the places which was agreed in the package. Tot mess in simple words. Thanks to Yatin and team for make the day hell

If is possible I would not give even 1 start to this company. Person call Yatin has cut my call when I call him to inquiry about trip to Wales Kali Temple. He is Gujarti guy and being Gujarti it is really embarrassing to say that some people have no manners at all. I don’t know how they are running their business. Looks like he think he is in India and his attitudes will taken by customers but he is forgetting that this is Uk and customers are heart of the any business.I have recommended few of my white friends to this tour company and one of them has already booked tour with them but due to lack of confirmation she has declined as well. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO WITH THIS IF YOU HAVE ANY SELF RESPECT BECAUSE YATIN IS VERY RUDE AND ARROGANT PERSON AND IF ORGANISER IS LIKE THAT THAN YOU CAN IMAGINE HOW HIS OTHER EMPLOYEES WILL BE. Very bad experience on the phone call and lucky to got this experience before I booked my tour with them.
