Took a package with this travel group and was very disappointed with the experience. There was no response from the tour handler throughout the trip. They only provided pickup from a specific location, which was not what was mentioned in the package details. The driver’s behaviour was rude, and the tour started more than an hour late. Overall, it was poorly managed and frustrating.

I had a very disappointing experience. I’ve been trying to arrange a one-day tour for the past 2–3 weeks, and despite following instructions and filling out the form multiple times (at least 3–4 times), I received no proper response.

The only time I got any reply was when I kept chasing, otherwise there was no communication at all. Even then, I was not given a clear answer on whether the trip would go ahead or not. Instead, I was told to “wait for bookings,” which is not helpful when people need to plan in advance.

When I asked for clarity, the response came across as rude and dismissive. As a customer, I expect basic communication and transparency — at the very least a clear yes or no so I can make alternative plans.

Leaving customers waiting until the last moment is highly inconvenient, especially when travel costs can increase significantly if booked late.

Overall, this was a frustrating experience, and I would not recommend this service.

I went on 3 day scotland tours with Angeltours along with my family. I loved the trip and the host was very generous kind and well spoken. He looked out for our safety and well being. The food stops were good and ofcourse the dinners and the stay at the hotel was way more better than expected. With indian cuisines in the trip were cherry on the top.
We personally liked the whole trip and the welcomed nature of the host.

Booked for Isle of white incl. needles park with them only to discover that the park remains closed during later months of the year upon reaching there.
They should have included this info on the bookings page. All 25 travellers felt tricked and were clearly frustrated at this unprofessionalism. Do your due diligence before you use them as they claim to just be the transport and NOTHING else.

Terrible Experience – Please Don’t Travel with Them

I had a very unpleasant experience with Angel Tour recently. I was trying to book a trip to Durdle Door and after filling out their form, I messaged them to double-check the date and location for peace of mind.

Instead of a helpful response, I was met with extreme rudeness from someone named Yatin. He was unprofessional, accused me of not understanding the form, and sent unnecessarily rude messages. It was completely uncalled for.

We had used Angel Tour in the past and had decent experiences, but this is clearly not the same company anymore. The way they treat customers now is shocking.

Please don’t travel with them. It’s not worth the stress or disrespect.

Extremely Disappointed – Unprofessional Service from Angle Tour Limited (Wembley)
I am writing to share a deeply disappointing experience we had with Angle Tour Limited on a recent group trip, and I sincerely hope this reaches someone in the company who takes customer service seriously and will contact me regarding this matter.
We were a group of 28 people who had pre-booked a coach through your company, and our assigned driver for the day was Mr Sohil. From the very beginning, things went downhill.
Firstly, Mr Sohil had confirmed a pick-up time of 7:15 AM, yet he arrived late at 7:45 AM without any prior notice or apology. This not only caused confusion but also disrupted our entire schedule for the day, particularly frustrating for such a large group including two young children.
To make matters worse, upon his arrival, Mr Sohil informed us that we were not allowed to bring our personal belongings onto the coach. This was completely unexpected and unreasonable, especially since no such condition was communicated during the booking process. It's beyond me how anyone could expect a group travelling with children to leave behind essential items and luggage. He even refused to allow the children’s belongings, which was frankly shocking and inconsiderate.
Furthermore, throughout the journey, Mr Sohil was using earbuds while driving, which raises serious concerns about road safety and professionalism. This behaviour is not only highly irresponsible but also illegal, as it compromises the safety of every passenger on board.
As a paying customer, I expected a far higher standard of professionalism and courtesy from a company that claims to offer reliable coach services. Sadly, our experience was quite the opposite — marked by poor timekeeping, lack of clear communication, unreasonable restrictions, and dangerous driving behaviour.
I am requesting a formal response and explanation from Angle Tour Limited regarding this incident. I would appreciate it if someone from the management team could contact me directly to address this matter properly.
Please treat this complaint with the urgency it deserves.

I had a horrible experience. I spoke with Yatin, and he didn't let me ask questions about the price details that were mentioned on the website. He was very dismissive and had a bad attitude, claiming he was too busy to engage in conversation. I find it troubling that, as a representative of the business, he does not feel he must answer customer questions politely. His manner was rude; he shouted and cut me off when I tried to speak. I cannot recommend this tour and travel service due to the poor customer service I received. they way he hanged up my call indecent way

We went for a one day trip to Durdle door. Timing of pickup was okay. But what was the worst thing happen in whole trip was travel bus . The water was kept leaking from back constantly and driver didn’t know the reason. It was irritation way we can’t enjoy properly.

They do not guide properly in the tour.
Do not give confirmation of tour till end day .
If the tour is getting cancelled at least they should tell this in prior. We had booked 3 days tour we were constantly asking about confirmation and got reply as will reply you soon but didn't get any reply .

Had my worst experience with this Travel Agency. I with my family went to Isle of Wight on 21st Sept 2024. We were picked up by the owner himself who was driving the bus during the trip. Firstly, we arrived at the pickup location on 6:10am, 20mins earlier but he arrived after 40mins and made us wait for 20mins extra. Hereafter, when we arrived at the spot late which resulted our bus missed the ferry to Isle of Wight and therefore we had to wait for 1hr to get the next ferry. The driver didn’t even acknowledged atleast once that due to his lack of time management we missed the ferry rather confidently gave a lame excuse stating that we missed it because of the traffic where the traffic was absolutely clear during the entire journey to Isle of Wight. While returning back home we were stuck in a bad traffic jam for 2hrs near Wembley and he didn’t even bother to inform us earlier, which we could have easily avoided by taking a train from Wembley to East Ham. And finally he dropped us at 2AM in the morning to East Ham without any courtesy for the entire inconvenience caused because of him being late during pick up.
Never ever consider him for your next journey or else you gonna regret. I wish I could have given him zero stars.

Very bad experience. Pathetic service. Driver Yathin was very unprofessional, rude, unreliable person.

I didn't expect such a rude behaviour from Yathin - I would like to know about details of seating in bus and also accommodation. He didn't responded to my calls and messages, finally he called me and says that very angrily " no one asks this type of questions" and hung up call. I tried couple of times, he didn't even answer.

When I spoke to Yathin, he said it is a 2 x 2 luxury coach but he has alloted a mini van for 3 day's of Scotland trip, more than 10hrs we spent each day in the mini van which is very uncomfortable. All other travels had luxury coaches.

Hotel mentioned 2/3 star's but provided very basic hotel accommodation. Even the hotel staff are rude - I asked for vegetarian sausages both days and I got very reckless answer 1st day they said we don't know anything left and 2nd day they said it's ran out at 8:15am.

Over all I had a very unpleasant trip

Very unprofessional behaviour from the guy who deals with the travel. Wanted to book 2 tickets to Skanda Vale, I’ve called the mobile number and texted the guy ‘Yatin’ many times, shows online on WhatsApp but doesn’t bother to reply the call and messages.

If I could give ZERO starts I would.
The WORST behaviour I have experienced for a so called 'grown' man - YATIN. We booked Skanda Vale. It clearly states on Angel Tours' website that the MINIBUS would leave around 11pm from Wembley and would arrive at Skanda Vale at 4.30am in time for the first darshan at 5am. A massive COACH arrives (coaches cannot arrive before 6am), left 1.5hrs later because the driver waited for a group of people who came late. There should be a rule in place where if people do not turn up at a certain time, the ‘minibus’ (apparently Yatin does not know the difference between minibus and coach so please prepare yourselves) then it should leave. I travelled 1.5hrs to get to Wembley in promptly and paid for a service. It is unfair for those who have read one thing on the website, paid and was delivered another thing. When I confronted Yatin, I was in fact speaking to a 5 year old who told me to use another service and not to tell him what to do. He said it states on their website that a ‘COACH’ will be going – like I said he doesn’t know the difference between a coach or minibus. When I asked him to show me exactly where the word ‘coach’ was (because even google couldn’t find it) his response was ‘I don’t need to show you anything’.
Had I known that a coach would come, I would’ve driven myself so that I could’ve made the 5am Darshan. However I was mislead with wrong information and was faced by such rude behaviour from a child.
Please do not use Angel Tours for anything and do not waste our money. I should’ve read all of these reviews before proceeding. I am pretty sure any ‘good reviews’ on here are fake and made by his family members.

I wanted to book a one day trip within UK so called YATIN (the contact available on their site) As asked by him i filled a form and waited. NO RESPONSE the whole day . I called in evening, yet no response. I waited calmly and slept over it.
Next morning I call up again and very politely ask that I had enquired a trip and messaged also but did not get any reverts so I am a little disappointed and if you could please provide me with further process.
To my Shock and Horror this man told me "then why you calling me go book somewhere else and HUNG UP THE CALL ON MY FACE" without even letting me to speak or answer something. Then blocks me on Watsapp.
It took me a while to let this sink in me and I was taken aback and stunned in shock as to what has happened !!!
It is my first ever experience like this and i swear never have come across or expected such unprofessional, nasty, gross and disgusting behaviour by who so ever this Mr. Yatin of Angel Tours is !!
We are civilised people and do not expect to be dealt with such rudeness and lack of basic courtesy. Such behaviour is unacceptable.
Yes Mr.Yatin we can book somewhere else for sure, had I known this kind of treatment is meted out by your so called company and YOU , I would have never initiated an interaction. You should hire more people if you are unable to manage the whole show.
This experience has left me very disappointed and i would recommend to all to never use your services in the future.
You must learn some basic decency manners and professional ethics if you are into public dealing business.

I had never expected a tour operator in London where people are so polite, to be as unprofessional and insensitive as Yatin of Angel tours. We went on a three day Scotland trip with Angel tours and it was a disaster. His coach broke down near Glasgow. I suspect it is due to lack of maintenance as he does everything on his own. He came to know about the problem by evening but he did not arrange any alternative for the whole of the next day. We just did nothing for an entire day and our three day trip was reduced to two days. When we asked for a refund he refused and spoke very rudely and with arrogance. He is in a service industry but does not care about behaviour or proper communication. Pushing a three day programme into two days, he skipped Greta Green and did a superficial tour of Glasgow and Edinburgh hardly giving us time for either city. He treats his tourists without courtesy and takes them for granted because they are gullible Indians. Please avoid.
