I am generally very satisfied with the property and the service offered by Andrews Estate Agents in High Barnet. Lorna Pigott has been efficient and direct in her communication, and overall the experience has been positive.
That said, I do feel there is some room for improvement in how certain requests are handled. Not all of my requests were met with the level of clarity, or explanation I would have expected. At times, responses were very short and direct; while some clients may appreciate that style, I occasionally felt that requests were (not) met without much context or reasoning.
Overall, I am happy with the service, but clearer and more considerate communication would make the experience even better.

Shannon in the Clifton branch has been great at handling all my questions and issues with regards to being a landlord so I can’t recommend them enough. Great service as always. Thanks for the help.

Sarah was most helpful in serving the Section 6a notice to the tenants it was not straight forward as there were a few complications which Sarah managed to resolve but it did go right to the wire on the 30th. Well done Sarah

Absolutely brilliant. Very efficient and is always ready to listen - that’s what you want as a tenant. Gets the job done quickly and is willing to guide if you have any queries or questions. I do think Monika is a gem to the Andrews establishment.

Have used Andrews Barnet for many years and never had any issues. They are very good information base for me to draw on to ensure that i am always compliant. Monika is always timely and efficient in getting things done!

I spoke with Molly and I was given extremely helpful and practical information. I was told I would be kept aware of anything in future that could be done to help as well.

I brought a ground floor flat in Warmley Bristol from Andrews estate agents . The staff lied to me about the property, because they had a customer from hell. I was told I don’t need a survey done. How wrong they were. The flat is covered in mould. Cracks on the outside wall, and so on. . I had to replace the bathroom and kitchen. They squeezed has much money out of me for the customer . I discovered after the sale, the vender did have the property up for sale 5 times with Andrews estate agents in longwell green Bristol. They were desperate to sale to get their commission. I am still furious from a year on wards. I will not be selling my flat with Andrews if I decide to move in the future.

I have had dealings with Andrews in Winterbourne and Yate since 2009, Gurmit Kaur, is professional, helpful and efficient. I find her a delight to deal with and trust her advice.

I am happy to express my feelings. Iam really thankfull to Andrew property. Especially Sarah Robinson. Whenever I ask her for sorting out problems in my property.she is so helpfull.and also she will give replay as soon as I sent message. Good service from Andrew Property.

Rebekah at the Downend branch was extremely prompt, helpful and diligent in delivering information and processing our application. She made us feel at home in the property and was able to ensure us of their continued support through the process of application and tenancy.

I held the tenancy of the above property for a short time in 2025 through Andrews Lettings and Management in Cheltenham.

Andrews Lettings and Management acknowledged miscommunication regarding the pre-clean and also acknowledged that the professional clean conducted before the tenancy started did not address all the issues.

Andrews Lettings and Management also conducted two viewings without my prior knowledge or consent. Furthermore, Andrews Lettings and Management returned my deposit to me ten days late.

Andrews Lettings and Management caused me avoidable aggravation, distress and inconvenience.

Excellent support to help us become first time landlords. Friendly, positive and knowledgeable. Very good communication and very thorough. Fully recommend.
