I brought a ground floor flat in Warmley Bristol from Andrews estate agents . The staff lied to me about the property, because they had a customer from hell. I was told I don’t need a survey done. How wrong they were. The flat is covered in mould. Cracks on the outside wall, and so on. . I had to replace the bathroom and kitchen. They squeezed has much money out of me for the customer . I discovered after the sale, the vender did have the property up for sale 5 times with Andrews estate agents in longwell green Bristol. They were desperate to sale to get their commission. I am still furious from a year on wards. I will not be selling my flat with Andrews if I decide to move in the future.

I have had dealings with Andrews in Winterbourne and Yate since 2009, Gurmit Kaur, is professional, helpful and efficient. I find her a delight to deal with and trust her advice.

I am happy to express my feelings. Iam really thankfull to Andrew property. Especially Sarah Robinson. Whenever I ask her for sorting out problems in my property.she is so helpfull.and also she will give replay as soon as I sent message. Good service from Andrew Property.

I held the tenancy of the above property for a short time in 2025 through Andrews Lettings and Management in Cheltenham.

Andrews Lettings and Management acknowledged miscommunication regarding the pre-clean and also acknowledged that the professional clean conducted before the tenancy started did not address all the issues.

Andrews Lettings and Management also conducted two viewings without my prior knowledge or consent. Furthermore, Andrews Lettings and Management returned my deposit to me ten days late.

Andrews Lettings and Management caused me avoidable aggravation, distress and inconvenience.

Having been a Landlord whose properties have been managed by Andrews in Downend, Bristol since the early 2000s, the experience has changed from a personal to a more corporate approach especially in recent years. Managing agents have likewise changed with a personal and friendly relationship becoming a more client-based one. Some agents have been wonderful (who could forget Julie Robbins), others seemingly unable to cope with what must be a pressurized and sometimes thankless job. With Gurmit Kaur, I have seen a return to a professional, helpful and caring service absent for some time. I commend her for this and for maintaining her standards despite being obviously overloaded at times. Thank you Gurmit - and don't leave too soon!
