Best experience I’ve had with any accesories company.

The product is prestine, finewoven inside and on the outside high quality leather. Right out of the box (The aspen in brown) smelled like leather, and continues to smell like good leather for the next couple of days.
It is classy, simple and a pleasure to hold in your hand daily.

100% would recomend to anyone looking for a case. Take it from someone that studied everything in the market - you just cant and wont find better

I owned the Capsule for AirPods first gen for many years without an issue. I purchased the Pro 2, which does not have an option with a clip, and my cap keeps falling off since they are two separate pieces. The leather is beautiful, but the design is terrible. It seems like an afterthought since they used double-sided sticky tape on the inside of the cap to hold the lid of the case. Unfortunately, it does not hold well. I had cleaned the case prior to applying the tape adhesive, but it didn't help. They sent me a replacement, but I encountered the same issue. I love Andar products, but this is making me second guess their quality. I am hesitant to order from them again. To make matters worse, they deleted my previous review from their website. I am so disappointed!

This is a disgraceful company. They are not signatories to the Better Business Bureau for a reason and should be avoided. They sent two faulty ipad covers and then refused to provide a non faulty one or a full refund. They do not take ownership for their mistakes and their customer service people need to get another job where they are strictly backroom.

I've purchased 4 leather cases and spent almost $500 on products (iPhone, 2 iPads, and a MacBook Pro). On my most recent purchase (case for my iPad), the case would not snap on in one corner. When I contacted customer support, they told me that it could take a few days to get it to snap, and said they would send me a video on how to rub the leather to get it to bend... they never did. Finally, after a week and a half of back and forth, they said the would send a replacement. However, I had to first mail the defective one back, and then they would send the replacement. This means that my iPad will go for over a week with no case. I even offered to buy the replacement so it could be sent first, and they could credit me back when they received the defective one.

I've never had to return a defective product prior to getting a replacement sent out... especially since the whole point of the case is to protect my equipment. I've been a repeat customer, but after this experience, I will not be purchasing cases from Andar again.

After extensive research and watching numerous reviews, I decided to purchase the Aspen leather case for my iPhone 14 Pro Max. Upon receiving the case, my initial impressions were underwhelming. Despite being genuine leather, the material felt inferior and lacked the premium quality I anticipated. Disappointingly, after just two weeks of standard usage, the top corner of the case began to exhibit cracking, leading to doubts about its durability and overall value for money. Consequently, I decided to replace it with a leather case from a more reputable brand, along with an AirPod case from the same company.

Regrettably, the new AirPod case also failed to meet expectations. The lid consistently detached from the main body, resulting in frequent drops and a general sense of unreliability. These experiences have highlighted significant concerns regarding Andar's quality control processes. Moving forward, I will be exploring alternative brands for my tech accessory needs, as my trust in Andar's products has been severely compromised.

Wont disclose where there product is made, sounds sketchy to me. Product beautiful but will returned
