Hello everyone,
I haven’t received the product yet, and I truly hope the quality will meet my expectations. However, I want to leave a review regarding the service—especially the shipping costs for customers outside the US.

I strongly advise anyone in Europe not to buy these cases. Do not purchase unless you’re ready to spend at least $17 on shipping, plus over €30 in customs fees.

Yes, they claim this is mentioned on their website, and technically it is—but in very small print. Considering you’ll end up paying over €50 extra on top of the already expensive price of the case, I absolutely recommend that non-US customers avoid purchasing from them.

You’ll end up spending over $100 for a phone case, which is just unreasonable.

They send you an order receipt. In very small text you can’t read even zoomed in, it says ALL SALES FINAL. I’m don’t think that was on the website. I ordered phone cases. They only show the back. Now I know why. It’s because the front is carved out on the bottom and gives no protection to the screen. I’m going back to NOMAD cases. Mine has lasted a year and still looks new.

Horrible quality! I had bought a duffle bag and I noticed it was made of thin leather that almost looked like they had skinned a mouse to make the thing. The build was also not good enough. I had the bag for a few trips and the top layer had started peeling.

I tried to return it because I couldn’t believe how bad quality this bag was and they didn’t help me at all. They wanted me to pay a ridiculous amount to return it when the fault is in the company. I believe they should had payed the return fee since my request was more along the lines of a warranty concern.

So,I ended up keeping the bag but I gave it away to a friend and he said it lasted about 6 months before falling apart and at which point he threw it away.

Don’t buy. Find a company that cares.

I have written this review many months after the fact (more than a year) because at the time I didn’t know I could write one. Their website was full of reviews but there was no way to add a review.

Horrible customer service! No phone support whatsoever, they do not take calls. Emails are vague, unhelpful and useless. My order was delivered to a wrong address by FedEx. Since a photo of delivery confirmation was taken by FedEx (of the wrong address, they delivered to a motel! Not even a residence!) Andar told me via email, it was delivered. Won’t even take the time to view that I did notify FedEx, they acknowledged the wrong address, and will refund THE SHIPPER - ANDAR! So, Andar gets my money, and a refund from FedEx, and I’m out the product and the money! What a scam, what a fraudulent company! I will forever tell anyone and everyone to RUN from purchases here. I’ll report to all the IG influencers who work with them as well. Worst customer support and company.

Very poor customer service. I sent an email and 8 days later, no response. I sent follow up email and still no response. Will never do business with Andar again.

Extremely unethical company. Go look at their better business bureau page, specifically the review from of their most loyal customers.

I’ve been a customer for a couple years and have yet to have a bad experience. I love that they stay true to the small business mindset, and keep with great customer service. My first purchase, I noticed the clasp felt a little chinsy so I reached out and they sent me a completely new product and a gift card for next purchase. Their quality standard is very high and their price point is accurate. I’m scared to see where they go with all the influencer collaborations though.

Advertised free shipping if you joined. I joined. Tried to check out as a “member” 5 times! WTF. Tried checking out as a guest. Charge for shipping by DHL $27. Again WTF! Cancelled order. Frustrating experience!!

I am so sad to see all of the negative reviews on the products. I have truly had wonderful experiences with all of my purchases (wallets, purses, bags, etc.) and their service has been top notch for me. Just sharing my insight to hopefully offer some positive for someone on the fence. I have been shopping with them for 5 years and have ordered 65 different items from them (for gifts and personal use). Of those 65 items, one started to loosen at the seems 8 months in and they immediately shipped me a replacement. I truly cannot say enough good things about them, the quality of their products or their service.

I purchased the Helm for my MacBook Pro and was a good case util the leather started peeling, I told it to the Andar showroom and the guy at the counter was great and very helpful exchanged it right there no questions. I exchanged for a camel tan and the leather felt like rough gritty sandpaper or a rough card board box defiantly nothing like my previous case. I applied Leather Honey to the case as I have done many times before and the leather was stained on the top and the bottom brought out what was either mold or mildew in the leather that must have been treated over the mold or mildew disgusting. I contacted Andar customer service was asked to send photos in which I did and was told "this type of damage is not covered under our warranty. Our products are not prone to developing mold on their own. It’s likely that something may have transferred onto the leather after that product was applied, which then absorbed into the material." I'm not surprised they denied that the leather they acquired was low grade garbage leather. I was hopeful they would just exchange it but didn't happen and a rude response at that. I also had a iPhone case that was exchanged due to grinding imperfections on the camera ring, the replacement case is terrible with sharp buttons all the way around, I'll be throwing that piece of garbage away as well as their moldy Helm case, warranty replacements or not low class customer service and more important cheap garbage products out sourced. Stay away.

I did have initial good experiences a few years ago and my Helm case was great until it fell apart. Something has changed and the company is now terrible and I'm guessing on their way to bankruptcy. Stay away from their overseas cheap garbage they are trying to pass off as top tier.

this is a terrible company! We got the bag and I wanted it so bad and for us…. I am a disabled veteran on a fixed income) it was a huge splurge. The metal piece hits me weird in my back and it takes up my whole chest. We tried to return it and the people at andar were not only rude and unhelpful with their “strict” 30 days return policy but they were so nasty when we told them we weren’t there when they said it was delivered. We can show proof that we were out of town. Also this was a Christmas gift so not sure what we were supposed to do about that.

If I could rate lower I would! Ordered the Tatum bag from ANDAR and within a few uses it looks horrible. Despite sending pictures, they claim it was from rough use. I assure you I know how to use a leather purse and it was not. It is from poor quality not rough use! They do not stand behind their products and have even worse customer service than quality if that is possible. They have high positive reviews because they don’t allow any negative feedback anywhere - social media or their website. They respond to that quickly , removing within minutes. All I can say is DO NOT PURCHASE FROM ANDAR

Website shows positive reviews, however, I couldn’t find a way to leave a review. I think trustpilot reviews represents the company best… Cheap products that do not last, I had a 60.00 phone case for a few weeks that looked like a 3 year old case. Customer service is also poor with delayed responses. I would stay away!

Ordered and never received email confirmation. Nothing, yet my card has been charged. If only I had read the reviews. Plus, no customer service phone number. You have to rely on email. Red flags all the way around!☹️

I have this case for my macbook pro. Best looking case that there is; the only case that makes the laptop look even more premium, looks like it came from apple.

i dont know what the negative review people here are talking about. Almost every other case that exists for a macbook makes it look cheap or worse, this does the opposite. thanks

Purchased a MacBook Pro 14-inch cover from Andar in December 2023, expecting a quality product. Unfortunately, after only nine months of light use, the cover began to fall apart with fraying and chipping along all edges – completely unacceptable for an item marketed as long-lasting.

Andar initially acknowledged the defect and agreed to replace it under warranty. However, after two weeks of waiting, they abruptly changed their stance and refused to send a replacement, instead offering store credit. This backtracking was both unprofessional and disappointing, especially given their initial response.

This experience has left me not only with a defective product but also a lack of trust in Andar's customer service and commitment to their warranty promises. If you’re considering purchasing from Andar, be aware that if something goes wrong, they may not honour their commitments. I strongly suggest looking elsewhere for reliable customer service and product quality.

Andar is more hype than quality. My leather iPhone case arrived in a product package that was previously opened and showed signs of prior use. I provided photographic evidence but Andar refused to exchange the item at no additional shipping cost. Sucks. My advice - explore other more reliable sources.

I have A backpack, iPad case, Mackbook air case and now iPhone case from Andar, all excellent quality, no complaints on the manufacturing front. Their business are atrocious however, especially if you live anywhere but the USA. On my $72 iPhone 16 Pro case I was obligated to pay for the following add-ons: 6$ for "free unlimited returns and refunds IN THE US" (could not be removed), $20 for shipping and was charged an extra $30 for duties and taxes due upon delivery. All in my 72$ phone case costed me nearly $140... I will be keeping it because of the headache of getting duties back. If you live in the USA, they make great quality products, but I CANNOT recommend them based on these business practices. Design team, killing it with the products. Management and accounting? Some nasty practices going on there

POOR Customer Service!
I have purchased many items from them and the ONE time I have an issue they refuse to help me. They send me a link telling me I can buy the piece that was missing from my package. All because I didn’t notify them 48 hours after I received the package. I’ve given them lots of business but no more. And when asked about them I tell people don’t waste your money.

Don’t buy here, return labels via their return label generator that they themself link to made me pay 70 usd via a company called “redo” and never paid me back, ignoring my emails. Andar claims they don’t offer international labels but I was able to generate one and it charged my creditcard immediately
