Product great, delivery service poor
Not Ampulla's direct fault, but using DPD as a courier is a disaster. 3x delivery attempts and 2x permissions to leave the parcel in the front porch and they still didn't deliver. The products went back to Ampulla and we had to use cheap imitations from Amazon who had no problem delivering to the address

Gold coloured covering on 50ml atomiser…
Gold coloured covering on 50ml atomiser bottle started chipping off after only a couple of uses. Not very impressed, I expected them to be a bit better quality even for the price. I make perfume on a small scale and I cannot use these for my products, as they shed plastic particles all over the place and look awful.

Extremely happy.
Really happy with the bottles I received, packaging was excellent and so was the price. Postage was fast too. I'm not 100% on the lids, but they seem to seal ok.
overall, a five star sale, will be using again.

No pop button in the lids
Because these were a bit more expensive than some I thought that they would have had the pop button in the middle of the lid. But they didn’t. Also there was no colour choice for this size and it would have been useful to have had a mixture for easier identification. Otherwise fitted perfectly.
