It was excellent! Steven was my first encounter! Warm, friendly, down to earth and felt like I was talking to my best friend. Joe was also very honest, real and caring. The way we all need to be treated as a customer. Sophia was very friendly and all three know about the business very well. I had no idea about different levels of value. They all made the experience exciting! Hallelujah!!! Hope to meet them one day!
Excellent customer service by Joe, Ben and Sophia. They supplied me with all of the information that I needed to make informed decisions. Thank you very much to all of them.

This was my first time purchasing gold or silver. Sophia and James made the experience from the beginning to end so pleasant. They guided my wife and I through the entire process and it was not easy on them as my wife and I both were rolling our 401Ks over to IRAs, which ended up being a challenge as I was still in the process of retiring and my wife had been retired for over a year.
your people are very knowledgebul, smart, friendly and are very cooperative
The transfer of funds went smoothly on the America’s Gold Company end. They were very knowledgeable and answered any questions that I had. They didn’t make us feel inferior. They kept us very much informed and lead us through every part of the acquisition.

I dealt with Sophia through 90% of the process and she was such a pleasure to deal with and knowledgeable, I then spoke with Joe one of the owners at the final stage of the process and he spent about 2 hours with me on two different calls and he was also fantastic to speak to and really made feel comfortable with going forward in my investment through them. I highly recommend there team.

Thank you for the wonderful feedback! We’re so glad to hear you enjoyed working with Joe and Sophia. They’re both dedicated to making every experience a great one, and your kind words mean a lot.
My wife and I truly appreciated the knowledge and experience we had benefited from Joe Shimko and Joe Coles. From our first contact all the way until we set up our Self-Directed Gold IRAs, they were upfront, honest, and extremely helpful. I had been looking into rolling over some of my Government Employee Thrift Savings Plan (TSP) and my wife’s 401K into a Gold IRA when America’s Gold Co. first contacted me. Both of the Joes and Sophia Manzanares from The Entrust Group assisted us from start to finish. They educated us to fill in the gaps in our knowledge and assured us of the reasons we needed to protect our retirement investments from the falling dollar. With Gold and Silver valuation predicted to be on the rise and a $37 TRILLION US Budget deficit, it was always a no-brainer. They advised us to keep a portion of our retirement accounts in place and continue to contribute to it even after rolling over a portion of our accounts in Gold IRAs. But we feel satisfied that the bulk of our retirement is safe from the coming market fluctuations and/or government interference with future 401K laws. We whole heartedly recommend America’s Gold Company, especially when dealing with Joe Shimko and Joe Coles. You cannot go wrong with them.
