It was incredible experience
It was incredible experience. All well organized, pick up always on time with friendly drivers. The chosen hotel and accommodations are all superb. Especially the camp in Serengeti. Spacious clean room with nice hot water provided by eco friendly solar panel energy, delicious food and with a beautiful scenery of Serengeti plains as your backyard. We saw a group of elephants from the camp.
Special thanks to our safari guide Fidelis who is very knowledgeable, professional, always in happy spirit with lots of love for the animals and the places we visited.
Will do this again in a heartbeat!

Can’t speak highly enough
Can say enough good things about this company. My friend left her cell phone on a small charter plane and we called Altezza and they were able to get in touch with the airline directly and delivered her phone straight to the hotel. So amazing!

Great company for Kilimanjaro
Organisation of the whole trip was great, a lot of clear information before and during the adventure. Very friendly and helpful staff - before, during and after the hike. Food was above expectations - fresh fruit and vegetables every day, multiple freshly prepared dish options at every meal. Overall - highly recommend!

Altezza blew away my expectations
Altezza blew away our (group of 3) expectations. The service/the accommodations/the guides/the porters/The safaris/the detailed plan for every day/the drivers and drop offs and pickups, everything was top notch.
Our lead guide Nelson was really good in understanding our needs of pacing and with all the advice, the rest of the crew (George, Dennis, Kicheko, James and everyone else)was always smiling and accommodating of everything we asked or needed.
Our safari guide Fidelis was very good and a very safe driver which we appreciated. I would highly recommend Altezza to anyone in the future for either the climb or the safaris.
Last but not the least I also really appreciated how quick and responsive Natalie (sales manager) was with all of our queries and issues. She guided us every step of the way helping with our decision process. Her valuable inputs were spot on, thinking about them now in hind sight. A huge thank you to all of you for a memorable trip!

A journey above the clouds
Kilimanjaro has been on my bucket list for a while now but being a solo traveller I was extremely worried about finding the right traveguides for this experience.
I'm super happy to have filtered and selected the Al tezza group.
Their next priority after your safety came the need for you to summit.
They were an amazing crew who held your spirits and motivation high despite the challenges of the weather, fatigue and exhaustion.
A big thanks to George, Exoud, Mmari and paul who were no short of guardians on that hike.
A brilliant team and amazing execution lead to a 100%success rate at the summit.
I sincerely wish them many more safe travels and continued support to many travellers who seek this path.

The best of the best. Look no further
I've traveled around the world many times and Altezza is by far the best and here are the reasons.
1. The service during on and off hours and with different time zones is unparalleled.
2. They arranged over 24 transfers for our family between, airports, hotels, safaris and never once was late, always knew our names and itinerary .
3. Rita was our main point of contact and she even tried to assist when my daughter lost her passport. She spent hours of her own time trying to help.
4. The hotel selections were top notch and high end
5.Safari driver (spent 3 days with him) was polite, good personality and knowledgeable.
6. Our Kilimanjaro trip is something i can write an essay on. Our entire group of 14 experienced hikers said they were amazed how Altezza thought of things that noone expected. Food was absolutely superb, homemade and healthy. There is no way you could possibly eat it all.
7. They even gave us hot water bottles with a bunny cover on it so we can use it in our sleeping bag.
8. The medical checks for Kilimanjaro was thorough and caring.
9. Our lead guild Victor is someone we will ask for if we do this again.
10. I can go on and on, but just use them.

Best experience of my life !
Altezza went above and beyond to make my Kilimanjaro hike the most enjoyable experience of my life. I had not ever done a big hike (or even camped) so it was important to me to have organized and experienced guides / porters. From quality rentals, diligent health check ins, great meals, and genuine fun - I would book altezza over and over. My main guide, Justin, was inspiring and thoughtful. His love for the mountain and knowledge of hiking ensured me I was capable of reaching the 19,000+ ft! I could not recommend more!!!
