We have put almost $10k into vehicle in 3 years and ALPHA covers 00000.00.
Always with a BS excuse.
NEVER AGAIN will we purchase this (almost) $4,000 POS faux "warranty". NEVER.
How do these idiots running the extended auto warranty mafioso fail to understand drivers buy
many vehicles in their life and if they had a
decent product that picked up valid claims they would make more $$ on more future warranties sold.
Wish I read reviews before adding this useless trash.

The subsequent three claims (for a camshaft solenoid, coolant temperature sensor, and catalytic converter) were unfortunately denied because these components are not listed under your contract’s coverage. I would recommend!
They are very quick to pay and authorize once a repair facility calls about the problems I am having with my vehicle.(usually same day or next.) And they also cover a good amount of the total costs.

Fast approval
Fast approval. Brought my truck in for a 3pm oil change and they found my wheel bearing was bad. My claim was approved and I was out the door in an hour and a half.

Misleading and lies
Dealership upsold this Alpha Warranty Service for a used 2021 GMC Sierra. Did not explain this is a "PART SPECIFIC" warranty. All they said was it covers mechanical, electrical, and powertrain and I shouldnt have any issues with claims. Just had to take my truck in for a park selector switch because my truck leaves a message that says "SHIFT TO PARK" when it's parked and won't turn off for 15-30 minutes. This part I was quoted at $1200. Alpha said it's not listed in the contract. How in the heck would I know what a park selector switch is and why it would not be covered? My truck is basically draining it's battery and they are telling me too bad. What's the point of an extended warranty if it's supposed to make you feel safe, and then you get told you're not safe. This reminds me of the california fires going and insurance policies canceling they're policies. I will be sure to let everyone know in the future about this poor practice when buying a used vehicle.
