I have had experiences with a non fault accident

I have had experiences with accident claim agencies in my past but alpha claims has been by far the best experience. From start to finish our case handler Saima has done nothing but support us each step of the 3ay. From recovering our vechile to arranging a hire vechile without us having to worry about anything. She is in continuous contact with us giving us updates on we're the case is. This woman definitely needs a promotion.

Thank you Saima and the team at alpha. You guys are amazing

after waiting 2 days for a hire car…

after waiting 2 days for a hire car from my insurance company i contacted alpha claims and spoke to a lady called saaiqa , she gave me a hire car within an hour of ringing and arranged my damaged vehicle which was left on the side of the road to get picked up, Thank you saaiqa for everything you have done from start to finish

Had a non fault collision where the third party rear ended me , called alpha claims where they gave me a hire car within 1 hour of having an accident! saiqa gave me regular updates throughout the process! will use again!
