Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service.
The staff are very helpful and patient.
I emailed them to enquire about the stock for a particular item.
I felt that the staff member did all they could to assist me and deal with my query in a polite, friendly and professional manner.
Their prices are reasonable and they have a good variety of products online.
The website is easy to navigate and checkout is easy and secure.
Almanaar also email frequent discounts and promotional offers which definitely encourages me to shop more often with them.

Their customer service is so incredibly…
Their customer service is so incredibly awful. They send perfumes that aren’t sealed so I was sent a used one as the liquid level was significantly lower than another two bottles I had. It took well over a week and countless emails and “live chat” messages until finally
I got an email for a refund notification. Would never buy from them again.

We apologize for the inconvenience you faced. The Al Rehab mini perfumes you ordered don't come sealed from the to manufacturer. We assure you, no packs are opened. We've processed your refund and value your feedback for future improvements.
Awful customer service
Tried contacting them multiple times but they just read my messages and never responded. The promotions only work if you buy multiple of the same item, so you can't mix and match. I waw promised 10% off on my first order and when I contacted them about, I never got a response. Customer service is abismal

We sincerely apologize for the delay in our response and any inconvenience this may have caused. We value your feedback and are committed to improving our services.
Regarding the pricing, we regret to inform you that the perfumes you purchased were already on sale, reduced from £19.99 to £13.99. Unfortunately, our system does not allow additional discounts on items already marked down.
If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out.
