I contacted Allsup 18 months ago to file for SSD and my case was stuck at 90% reviewed by the state case manager for 9 months. I contacted Allsup several times to see of they were in contact with my SSA to move this along and Allsup would never get back to me. Now they were happy to contact the case manger to get medical records but moving the process along Allsup was completely hands off. At the end of my rope I wrote the White House who promised to reach out to the proper people and five days later the issue was resolved. I have never wrote a politician before but it was well worth it. All Allsup does is make copies and file the application but you can do that yourself on line. Allsup is a waste of time.

Well I've been diagnosed since 2015 with liver problems scheduled scirross of liver gastrolic and esophagus problems as well that ended flowm from here not once but three times almost died where I would throw up blood

During such a stressful & trying time, this gentleman has given me a new great outlook on humanity as a whole. Incredibly kind, upbeat and helpful while being supportive and knowledgeable without being aggressive. I look forward tobspeakimg tobhim because he absolutely cares and wants the best for the individual.

I have a learning disability problem and lungs disease

I’m currently under Doctors Care at this time checking to make sure I don’t have to have knee Surgery haven’t been Released from Doctors Care to return back to Work I were told after 9 Months I was let Go of my Job I don’t have Any Income coming In My Kob have let me Go they have Terminated me after certain Months without letting me know I really want to Sue or File for Unemployment immediately because the Job didn’t give my Doctors a chance to prove I’m still Disabled to return to Work because of my Condition I was Fired from my Job What? Must I do

Alllsup provided very professional, convenient, compassionate help and managed to expedite my application that was subsequently approved. Worthless, I filed a claim with them and 10 months later got a denial from SSDI.

They said that they no longer find me as a viable candidate because I am a poly substance abuser by drinking alcohol (legal) and using cannabis from a state licensed cannabis dispensary (also legal).

Forget the fact that I'm a combat vet with PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, anger management issues, none of that matters because apparently I have a substance abuse issue so they told me to basically "screw" off.

My experience with Allsup has been great they are very diligent and professional

Gave them all my information answered all questions asked (as best I could currently) by their person that called me. Could not half understand her due to her accent (sounded like English was not her native tongue). Was turned down for representation but referred to some national advocate association. I should have been on disability 15-20 years ago but can't seem to find an attorney who will actually fight FOR me and sue SSA bc I don't have all my records at my fingertips and due to TBI my memory is not razor sharp. My experience with this firm makes me understand all to well why folks like me end up losing their fight with life & survival, and end up taking the way out that hurts those who love them. Found them by googling "best lawyers to sue social security in SC". So in my honest opinion, unless you want to just bare your physical, mental and emotional pain only to be turned away, do not bother reaching out to them. You will just be passed along to someone else or just turned away.

Since I'm unable to get online to file a disability claim which I was encouraged to do by EDD. Courses impossible to get online and then I'm being told I'm not eligible for SSDI.. I'm 69 years old I'm being forced to work I'm still working therefore I'm eligible for benefits and I have severe issues you want to give everything free to the illegals try taking care of the people in America first I'm eligible and somebody will get a nice settlement are you corrupt with Biden Administration

I was scheduled for a appointment for X-rays for my ssdi case but I need transportation so I called my Allsup rep that I can NEVER get In contact with and was told she is in a meeting and she will be out of office ALL NEXT WEEK, but my appointment is for July 5th so how do I get help? And the lady I talked to in customer service was extremely rude and unhelpful

I need to know what has age got to do with being disabled. I am being discriminated because of my age. I didn't tell my body to wait until 68 to break down. Please help me to understand

Don’t sign up they act like they’re to help you but that is not true. If you join this program you could be at risk of o your S.S.D . I join this program in May of 2023 til February of 2024 had to stop because I re-injure myself trying to keep up with the program demand with how many you must work. All of I need was to fill out my work report which I did and Allsup would take of things with Social Security. Long story short I noe don’t receive my S.S.D that I was entitled to. C.J. the supervisor was handling my case for two month first month in May my funds were release by Ms Saba who worked at Social Security but this June I have been fighting to get my funds. C.J the supervisor from Allsup was working my case but sided to pass me on to a receptionist to handle my case I asked the receptionist today. Why did I need to talk to her when CJ was handlingMy case? Her response C.J told her it was just a conference call, that she can do it. C.J brush me off today and Allsup is the Whole reason this case My is mess up because Miss sending in a report Late. This is unacceptable and unprofessional, and I will be contacting the triple B’s about this also will be contacting my congresswoman
