It was a ridiculous process ! It took 3 months to get it sorted out My husband applied on the same day as me and payed his first payment more than 3 months before my application was straighted out with numerous phone calls and emails I was very unhappy with the process

Ron and Noelle did their jobs really well.

Initial phone interview was rushed and incorrect. Took greater than 90 days to almost straighten it out. I probably should have stopped working the matter and gone elsewhere.

Our agent Kenderlly was amazing! She answered all our questions. She was patient and thorough. She checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly. The examiner that came to our home made things much easier with my husband's work schedule. We thank you for making the process much smoother than expected. We were with you guys years ago, but as our 3 kids got bigger. We did not have the income to continue. Now they are grown and we are planning again.

Jessica was very helpful throughout the entire process and made it easy to apply for the life insurance!

I recently purchased a life insurance policy from SBLI great experience five star review accidentally hit one star or highly recommend

Brenda Serna is the most professional person I know. She went out of her way to satisfy me. On the other hand I am very disappointed and feel I was discriminated against with a premium that is based upon no factual medical basis and purely what someone wanted to increase the premium. A thorough review needs to be conducted including Brian O'Connell who was far from professional and only looked out for his own interest.

Jack R is an asset to your company. He explained everything in depth and answered all my questions. Thanks Jack keep up the great work.
